Just went to this branch to get some of my money. Both ATMs were down and no one around to help. What are we paying for??? This is totally unacceptable.

The best financial analyst( whose name is Aleksandr Petrik ) we have ever had!!! he had helped me and my husband a lot with our credit card opening, with our checks and debit card and also opened a joint account super fast and without any hustle. He stayed past closing hours just to make sure we have everything completed as we wanted. He also was very courteous and thoughtful explaining and guiding through investment plans. Simply - the best!!!

The people who work here are very nice, but there just aren't enough of them. They are chronically understaffed, which is probably a management/corporate decision. I have tried to get some papers notarized for the past two business days, and they haven't had anyone available. I called the Covington branch, and they said to just come on in, they aren't terribly busy. It's an extra 6 minute drive, but worth it.

Their customer service is beyond horrible. All is fine until they make a mistake on your account. There is no way to fix it from there. The branch says "call customer service" and customer service says "you will need to contact the branch". That doesn't work too well. I am now in collection for an error they made when closing my account. After no less than 8 calls it is still unresolved. I would not ever recommend this bank.

Been trying to get a human on the phone for days but always get "Everyone is busy" with no option to leave a message. If you go to the site they mention to make an appointment online, it fails. Guess they don't want my business!

Have had nothing but problems trying to access this Branch ever since the beginning of covid. Bank closed for a period of time now they are not open until 6:00 p.m. all because of covid I think that needs to change and go back to 6:00 so that I can have an opportunity to get into your branch and do service there.

SLOWEST branch EVER!!!! Super nice people here, but don't come to this location if you are in a hurry. Drive through is not always open; but if it is open.......DON'T USE IT! You will wait so long in the drive through for your receipt that you will want to go inside to find out what happened to it. LONG LONG lines and the branch manager just walks around assuring you that they will be with you shortly. SUPER frustrating here!

I been to other locations before at bank of america and never have they told me that they couldn't help cause they was going to close in 10 minutes, I ask if they could help that it was important and they refuse. I ask nicely again and the lady told me no we cannot we close in 10 minutes sorry. I been at bank of america locations and when they close the doors if there still people inside they wait to help them but this lady was in a rush to leave. I ask to have my son added only to my account that usually takes 10 minutes and again she refuse. I will never use maple valley location again. Of I could I would give them 0 stars.

This branch is closed often when I drive up for cash or to deposit into my checking account. It has been very inconvenient. We may change banks

It's a disgrace I cant give this location a zero rating. Horrible customer service. This branch has convinced me to change my bank.
