Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) S Sheridan Rd, Tulsa

Although employees are very pleasant with this being the only location open after visiting 3 other locations that were closed the single line was 10 persons long and the drive thru had all lanes full and backed up and two tellers one for the drive thru and the other for the walk up and one person asking people in line what kind of help they need. All just need to be patient and nice. Tellers are working hard to get everyone through.

Horrible. What's the reason for drive thru if I have to come in. You were given Id and debit card. Just assinine

When I first walked in it was a nice pleasant atmosphere. I was greeted by the Manager when I came Michelle. She questioned my visit, and with my reply let me know i would need an appointment or to call or get inline. When it was my turn to schedule Michelle was able to help me with all my banking needs and shes fast. I have always like BOA because my Family have banked with BOA. Ty

Every time I go to the bank, I can get a sincere smile and greeting from the staff.

They deserve 10 stars for excellent customer service at 51st & Sheridan location in Tulsa OK. Michelle greeted me with a smile & immediately put me on the wait list. Joey, the Relationship Manager, was courteous & professional. Joey patiently explained everything in detail, answering all my questions while my 2 year old granddaughter was curiously roaming all over his office. Talk about multi-tasking. The teller who handled my transactions was equally as personable & friendly. This was the 1st bank I've been to in a very long time where I walked out feeling that my business, no matter how small, was appreciated & important. Choosing a bank is not something I take lightly. I left knowing I had made the right decision to use Bank of America & had chosen the perfect branch location. Outstanding Experience!

I would rate this place a zero if I could. Went through the drive thru to cash a check since lobby is closed and they wouldn't do it instead sent me 7 miles away. Do not bank with Bank of America. They only care about themselves. They are not neighborly.

They do not have any sense of urgency. Most of the time I go usually wait in the drive thru 25-40 min easily. It seems like they don’t care. Also, 3-4 times I went there and bank was closed without any notice saying why they were closed. I do banking with Arvest also. Their customer server is lot better. This is just plain ridiculous!!

I would love a call from your customer service department asap or yall can respond to this and give me a number to call. I was in the drive before you closed at 2. I got to the windo the lady took my checks then sent them back to me and informed me it was 2:01 and she couldn't cash them. It's Christmas freaking eve. Worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I will tell everyone I know that story. As I would love to talk to a manager and let them know how disappointed I am in them also.

The people where nice but, I had to wait a whole hour to get my check cashed in the drive through because they only had 1 teller. Highly suggest they hire some more people to solve this issue.

Had a checking account, they refused to cash my payroll checks forcing me to cash at walmart. No coin counter, asking me to roll $80 in change to accept it forcing me to use another bank. They dont have an option for money orders. They put holds on atm deposits. Completely rude customer service, when told that i will find another bank, they responded "do what you gotta do". BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
