Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Columbia Tpke, Florham Park

My husband went to this Bank of America to withdraw 5,000 dollars out of his account. He was racially profiled and was asked for two different ID’s because they said his signature was different. They called his job without his permission to be more specific Charine Sherry which is a relationship banker conducted the call. Also Asita Ray which is the manager agreed to calling his job to verify his identity. He was so upset that he wanted to withdraw all his money out to go to another bank and they said they could only give him a check because they didn’t have that much money in the bank. This was a terrible experience racism come in different shapes and forms. They could politely profiled let this review be a perfect example. I personally would never enter this bank again.

I started coming here because I had no choice. All of my closest banks have been closing down and this location became the closest one. I've been coming here for maybe two months and I sort of hate it. Customer service from the tellers is just so depressing and make silly mistakes. I'm never coming to this location again unless they change their attitude. They're all old and depressed. They don't even greet anyone in a positive attitude or anything. They barely make eye contact with the customers. When told specific and easy instructions, they get frustrated and don't todo them. It's honestly a shame. I am actually considering changing banks. Bank of America is just not very convenient anymore since they're closing a lot of locations and can't even hire professional, helpful and friendly staff.

Quick and fast appointments. The staff was excellent and very friendly and kind. They gave tips on what to do for future visits for my kids. I highly recommend coming here.

I hate bank of America! Those location couldn't cash my check because they apparently don't have enough cash to do so. It wasn't like a check for 10 grand, it was my paycheck. They send me to this location from the closed one off route 10. They told me I have to go to Livingston. He was rude. Brenb going again.

Staff was overwhelmed in an attempt to create a simple cashier's check. Additionally, no staff member had the authority to sign the cashier's check. After 15 minutes I left to go to another bank location.

Go to bank of America drive through, has sign it says window closed come inside. Try to go inside, Bank is closed 35 minutes before scheduled closing which is posted Replying to the nonsense response from the bank on 08/28/21 to my original post: JUST CHANGE THE SIGNS!!! HOW LAZY CAN YOU BE NOT TO DO IT????!

Best staff I have ever met. They were super friendly and the appointment was very quick and efficient. For my first time coming here, I highly recommend it.

The Asian guy should smile a bit more and be a bit more polite when it comes to customer service. Everyone else is pretty nice and polite. I like the new girl too I believe shes the new manager.

worst experience ever, hopefully BOA understands our grievances and ups the customer service in this branch I wen to collect forex to this branch since it is close to my work.. however the bank officials told me to come some other time since the person who has my cash is out for lunch. Are you kidding me!!!!! what are all the others doing there. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. I feel like reporting this issue to the consumer courts if they will pick up such impudence. I am travelling tomorrow and now I have to go back to that branch hoping that the person who has my money is still not on lunch break perennially. If given a choice, please dont visit this shoddy branch of BOA, I am in half mind of closing my accounts with BOA and moving to other institutions which are 100% better.

Worst bank in the world.... Refused to make a certified check after I drove to their town to buy from a local business.I had all proper ids and cards... even my car registration! Worthless service and bankers. Avoid them at all cost!
