Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) John B White Sr Blvd, Spartanburg

Horrible wait time. Every time we come here it’s an hour wait.. there’s only ever 2 tellers and they take their time in no sort of rush. On top of that their process is extremely slow and out dated. They also don’t allow you to do a lot of stuff from dt so they will make you come in after waiting an hour in dt just to wait another hour… this bank is inconsiderate, inconsistent, and very difficult on businesses trying to get in and out to return to work. Would not recommend this bank for any business accounts. You will definitely be here 1-2 hours every time you come.

This bank was closed last week. I had to go today. I waited in line for 45 minutes. Several handicapped people were waiting in chairs because they could not stand. There were ONLY 2 TELLERS. Someone asked people if they could use the ATM. She told me there were 3 tellers. Very upset with this bank . Please open the Duncan branch.

I have banked with BOA for around 15 years using mainly the John B White Blvd branch. What used to be a great bank has now really gone downhill. The inside is always understaffed making for too long of a wait. Now, for whatever reason, Bank of America closes at 4:00. Whoever even heard of that. That really makes things inconvenient for the working people. Today, I went through after 4:00 to use the ATM..... the only functioning part of the bank, all to find only one of the two ATM's working. Needless to say the line was unreal. After waiting forever, I finally get to the ATM to find the "withdrawal" function not available at the time. I was so disappointed! Decided to use the ATM in the lobby all to find the doors locked with no access to that either. Bank Of America really needs to get their act together before they lose many unsatisfied, long time customers!

This branch NEVER has enough employees during peak hours. When you wait in line at least 15 minutes per day on average to make a deposit for your business because they only have one teller at noon, then there os a serious issue. This branch needs to be more proactive about making sure there are enough employees to meet demand.

I have always been greeted with a smile @ this location. The staff is readily available to help you succeed & maximize your banking experience. 2 tellers know me by name!

I give 5 stars for service but I give 1 star for the hours!! Ya'll are only open 9-4 which is stupid cause everybody is at work during those hours, so how is anyone able to get anything done when ya'll are closed before everyone gets off work??

Life is hard enough in a pandemic without being able to access your bank without leaving work early and finding out nearly every branch except one is "temporarily closed". I showed up at 4:05 when their hours are 9-4 and was told by a professional but annoyed man "The bank is actually closed. Do you want to come back tomorrow?" No. I don't. At all and I barely want to deal with you now. I may take my accounts elsewhere if this how it's going to be.

Went in there when my debit card was stolen to get information and to get some money out that was left in my account. It was about 10 minutes until they were closing . Not only did the lady lie to me about a temporary credit that I still haven't received, another employee called her while she was assisting us just to breathe heavy in annoyance just because it was 2 minutes after 6. I will only deal with machines when I go to thay branch. It does not matter what you're going through or the problems you're having or how long you've been a customer. Felt rushed.

I had an awful experience at this branch. They were under-staffed, had long waits, and a transaction involving the transfer of ownership of an account was, in my opinion, not handled in an expedient nor thorough manner. I am exceptionally unhappy with my dealings at this branch.

Really nice helpful employees here. So glad they're open even during this gas shortage to pay bills. Very thankful. 😊😊
