Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) S Lumpkin Rd, Columbus

I was fourth in line to make a simple deposit. A couple came to sit down and consult with a representative and left 10 minutes before I did. When I left there were about 10 people forlornly waiting in line. They had one teller working and 5 other people doing other things. I would say this was as long as I've ever had to wait at a bank. Looked to be a case of too many chiefs and not enough indians. My suggestion would be to lay off a manager level employee and hire a few more tellers.

Slowest creature on earth.... If you have more then 1 hour then only goes there..... They really needs too open another branch... as replay on your post your ATM machine does not allow withdraw more then 1000 $ a day. so not ATM or niter mobile app help in that. and it's not about using ATM or mobile app. it's about all personal who works there are slowest. and as I mention on top BOFA need to open another branch in Columbus.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's the worst bank ever! You never know when the drive-thru will be open. They change up hours whenever they feel like it. It's bad enough it's the only bank of America in town. So I drive across town, then they'll have the drive-thru closed. Then you go inside and you're standing in line forever, with the cashier's taking there time. I will close this account. I can't anymore

2.5 ⭐️ for reviews and they are accurate. The customer service and knowledge of BOA services are awful at this location. We were not greeted when entering the building, just blank stares. We made a large deposit and the male teller watched mysteriously the entire time as if we had stolen something. Like others, we reside in AL where there are no BOA institutions here. We traveled about 45 minutes to the bank, which is the nearest BOA to us. I actually love online banking both BOA with my personal and business matters, however l have had some disappointments with their institutions.

I personally don't have an account but I have to go there for my uncle. Just what everyone is saying here is the truth. Only one teller, drive through always closed and they close when they feel like it.

This bank is horrible... for over 7 years they text me for everything about my account..... but with out warning they just close my account and I find out on my own 3 days before my direct deposit hits.... their letter come in the next day and all is says is we have decided to close your account..... now my money is in limbo for I don't know how many days and I have bills to pay..... thanks B.O.A.ss

Changes their hours whenever they feel like. Still have original hours posted but then seem to always be closed. At least post a sign over your hours if you're going to be changing them. How are people supposed to know if it's going to be open or not when your hours still say you will be and are closed every time. Time to switch banks.

Great place to freshen up. They offer large clean public restrooms, and even hot water, soap, and clean towels. They welcome the homeless, and should be commended for that. They gave me treats for my dog, and a hot cup of coffee!

Literally the worst bank ever! They never answer the phone! Went to get a new card and got my new card with my name wrong! After I provided two papers of my name.
