    Horrible. Long line but only one teller working. Waited more than 30 min for depositing one check. I bet the people after me ended up waiting longer since line getting much longer.

    Very good experience, Although there was a long que at the teller, we were told that someone would help us in 15 minutes, they honored what they said, Ms. Hamida helped us to open a savings a.c. she was very professional and courteous. Will keep coming back to this location. :)

    This branch wouldn't cash a lottery check for their customers but will do so for a random person without an account. My hubby account is not negative but they said he has to have twice the amount of the lottery winnings to cash the check. What idiocy?

    The manager was so friendly and helpful, even the security man was so nice. However, the teller woman made me so upset. I changed a coin many times here and always it came out with a box so I thought I didn’t need to bring my own container. That’s my fault but i asked her could she help me to get a coins box or something but the answer was they didn’t have any even she had a lot of empty coins box behind her. I was so surprised how can I carry 250$ of coins to my store. I won’t comeback here because of comparing with Chases they are better off. However, all others is very nice, hope it won’t happen again to anyone.

    This branch is grossly understaffed. If you come here be prepared to wait in line 30 minutes or more as there are never more than 2 tellers working and the drive through is always closed. I have a business account and I have to deposit daily and there is not even a line for commercial accounts. Staffing needs to be seriously addressed and soon or they will continue to lose accounts to other banks who believe in prompt service. These observations are not from just one bad visit I am here almost everyday and I'm actually currently waiting in line. Please get this resolved ASAP

    Bank of America is terrible in general! But the location on W Bellfort is the worst. I just listened to the manager tell a customer that he choses to wait in this long long long long line. That is like this everyday!!!! They are rude. And they don't understand customer SERVICE. The managers stand around looking "cute" when they need to get behind the counter and expedite the services. The wait is ridiculous. I hate coming here but my business banks here and I have no choice. Hate it!!!

    This branch is the worst branch ever. They keep turning customers aways and you would experience a very long queue. Waited for over an hour just to get a transfer done. Kudos to Chase Bank for effective time manaagement.

    The Manager, a very short guy is a complete a$$hole, disrepectfull. Wouldnt cash my check, even though i am a account holder and even the check was from a bank of america account holder.. reason: it was too big to be cashed out..

    Waited for almost a half an hour due to no tellers! I guess they don’t understand some people are not paid hourly. The staff here are rude and lazy! Do not come to this branch right now unless you are retired!

    I have business account I went to deposit the money and also do wire too. The employee told me he doesn’t have time and can not do it. So i had to go outside and deposit my money through the ATM drive through. Unbelievable and not professional. The only reason i had to go this location is it close to me otherwise it is one the terrible locations of Bank America.
