I am going to cancel my safe deposit box at this branch, as the hours do not allow me to visit . I work full time, so how am I supposed to get to the branch by 4 p.m. on weekdays? Do only unemployed/retired people visit this branch? Saturday hours are short, as well.

    Response from the owner

Hi Kathy. We appreciate that you took the time to tell us this, even though you were disappointed with our Safe Deposit Box services. If you need further assistance, please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Look for the blue verified checkmark before communicating with a #BOA profile. ^ines

I don't bank with Bank of America, I bank with Chase but I went into Bank of America to attempt to cash some savings bonds I recently found after Chase would not cash them because they were issued in my maiden name even though I had my marriage certificate and other proper identification. Bank of America would have cashed them for me if I had an account which unfortunately I do not. I found the representative at Bank of America to be extremely helpful and accommodating. I wanted to write this review to shout out Bank of America's great customer service and customer accommodating policies! Considering switching banks based on this experience alone.

I was on line at the drive through at 12:45 and there was a person in front of me and he took 30 minutes to do whatever he needed to do, he was asking a bunch of questions and when it was finally my turn, they said they were closed. I told them I waited half an hour because someone didn't know what he was doing and they just said they were closed and walked away. Horrible customer service. Either close the lane or serve the person, don't make them sit and then turn them away. I couldn't use the ATM because it wouldn't accept the check.

Always, always a wait, seems like only one person working the counter on Saturdays. I've gone to 2 other BOA's that are within a mile and received service in the timely manner. This location is good for the ATM or drive-up only

I love being misinformed and not given all of the information I need to make a huge decision such as opening a credit card, and finding out everything I wasn't told that would have literally changed my decision after it's way too late and now I'm stuck. Thanks to this location, Bank of America has lost several customers. You seriously need to retrain your staff instead of worrying about making a sale.

Had a pleasant experience at this branch. Alex was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the features of opening an account and even set me up with the newly updated online banking. No reason to wait in line if you can do most functions via the app or atm. Keep up the great work! Look forward to continuing our banking needs at this branch only!

I was going in to get a money order through their drive-through and they told me that they don’t do money orders in the drive-through that I have to go back in line again, so I told them I’m not going out in line again because I had already been in line for 15 minutes. The manager gave me a money order paper for Illinois without asking me if it was out of state, I filled that up in my car, went inside, waited until the manager was free, manager told me talk to a teller, I went ahead and did that, and the teller tells me that out-of-state money orders have been discontinued since three years!!!!! Not Only did they waste an entire hour of my time, They also didn’t even help me, this is the worst banking experience I have ever had, And hopefully I could get rid of Bank of America soon.

Usually one teller at this location - they seem to want to discourage using the teller. Always a line and a long wait. The Chase across the street is also busy, with only two tellers, but will usually have someone come out to try and serve the customers waiting in line. There is no such effort or interest in customer service with this bank,

This location is so rude. The second you walk in they have you yell out in front of everyone what you need. Came in for a a replacement card and it’s a 45 minute wait. The lady asked me if I was sure I was going to wait, as if I had a choice. I NEED MY DEBIT CARD i have to wait. so rude. I come in here hoping the next time will be better and it’s the exact same thing, every single time.
