Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Dr. M.l.k. Jr Blvd, New Bern

It’s time you showed some concern and told us “when” or “if” this location will ever be open again. As far as I am aware it has not been open a single day for at least the last two weeks. This is not acceptable. And don’t respond to this request with some canned response about I should contact some Bank of America customer response team. Just give me the answer here. Are you going to reopen this branch and if so when?

I've been banking with Bank of America for over 42 years, back when it started as the Bank of Asheville. What happened?!? When I called today to make an appointment to open a decedent estate account (worth a substantial amount of money), after several different tries, I never did talk to a human being. I don't feel comfortable making an online appointment. I know that we are all concerned with the COVID pandemic, but these shortened hours and inaccessible associates can't be good for business. I get the feeling that BOA is trying to save a couple of bucks, closing on Wednesday and shortening their other weekday business hours. Please, BOA, contact me to show me where I am wrong. BTW, I brought this decedent estate account to BB&T (now, 'Truist'). They answered on the first ring, and scheduled my appointment within five minutes.

If there was a ZERO, BoA would earn it. For a decade or so, it has turned its back on New Bern. I guess this temporary closing is the last curtain. Brian Moynihan, BoA CEO, should be ashamed of himself to allow this to happen! But unlikely he cares about the little customers like my family.

If I could change Banks I certainly would. I don't know why BOA even tries to pretend they have a presence here. Boa is using our money and certainly owes us at least a minimum of service. Which at present they are certainly not doing

This is the worst bank I Ever banked with. Do not open an account here if you want to be happy. Customer service is horrible.

This bank is one of the worst bank ever. ít seem likes they close 5 days a week. Night deposit also the same. ít times to close out my account and go for another bank.

Walk-in banking services have not been available for the last five months, since COVID started. Drive thru is not openly regularly and has shortened hours when it is open. I'm taking steps to move my accounts to another financial institution.

Location has shown open on website but is closed when I arrive. Have waited 10 days to complete a transaction. Just found note on door suggesting I drive 45 minutes away to complete my banking. Time to look for new bank in New Bern!

Closed on Wednesday, returned on Thursday, only one drive thru window open, vehicles backed up. I left for an appt and will return a third time. Only one BOA in town. Does not appear to be customer friendly any longer.

Wish I could give it a zero. This location is horrible. It never seems to be open and when it is it's only drive thru service and the lines are very long.
