Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) S Telshor Blvd, Las Cruces

Today I went to withdraw 500 from the ATM at Bank of America on Telshore and I received 140. I went into the bank and the teller did not return the money owed to me due to defective ATM. Horrible she told me to call the banks customer service line. What the heck. I need to pay my rent today, if I get evicted or have to pay a late fee that is on them. I do not trust this bank. Horrible service.

Staff is very helpful as is manager but not sufficient to address customer load. Online service is the very worst - unable to reach live person, annoying loops. After 40 years with BA starting in CA, I am looking to move to another bank.

Tried going inside the bank and arrived before 4pm before they closed, however their doors were already closed (I arrived at 3:50pm).There was 2 tellers inside, a blonde woman and a tall Hispanic Man. Very frustrating when people try to get out of work to try to make it on time to the bank before they close and they close before their business hours! Poor service, get your money out and go elsewhere where they’ll appreciate your business! This bank has gotten worse over the years!

This bank is the most un-helpful. Worst customer service in town, and my job requires me to be in and out of financial institutions all day. Really don't use this bank. I have never not once had a positive experience at this bank. Their attitudes are the worst.

One of the most unhelpful banks I’ve banked with. Told me I couldn’t withdraw over a certain amount of my money in cash. Poor customer service. Very happy to be leaving. If you’re looking for a bank try Citizens.

Very frustrating. We have one bank in all of Las Cruces and it is only open from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Makes no sense when I (As do most) work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and sometimes longer. I live outside of Las Cruces, on weekends it's super cumbersome.

Line can be long because they are short staff. If you can do your transactions online, that may be better, as the helpful staff person also suggested.

The teller was unhelpful. The manager simply rude. I choose to do busness with Bank of America because the branch close to my business has always been very helpful and professional through out the years. If I had to deal with this branch on a regular basis I would change banks. Immediately.

We have had nothing but good service at this bank. The line are normally short as is the wait time. The staff has always been friendly.

So, because of COVID-19 the drive through is the only thing open. I get this. But, they only have one teller working and a line of traffic literally encircling the bank. Worse than that, I waited an hour and a half for my turn only to be told that they aren’t offering the service I need and I should have read the 8” x 10” sign with a paragraph of small font that they have posted about 25’ from where the cars are passing as they wait. They should have a person near the end of the line making sure that the people understand the limited services they are offering. The tiny sign isn’t cutting it.
