Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Se Everett Mall Way, Everett

I been coming to this bank for 15 years to get my change and do all my business transactions with. The first time I didn’t have my bank card on me and the teller wouldn’t even give me change! She said she can’t access the computer to give me change until she puts my account information in the computer. After telling her I been coming to the bank for 15 years and the teller next to her always gives me change for my business she told me to wait for that teller to free up and go to her.. the other teller is always really professional and polite, and she gave me the change I needed.. I should of gotten her name but some tellers should not belong in that bank Because they don’t have the professionalism and mannerisms to deal with customers.

Dont understand why a check deposit for the same day isnt available when you deposit it. Making people wait for deposits they could have had if they had simply cashed the check than people wouldnt need to use the bank at all. Holding up peoples deposits that should be available is a quick way to lose customers. Lesson learned closing accounts and switching to Chase which completely deposits a check for you that day.

This is branch of Bank of America is always my first choice for banking service even though it take more mintues to drive than the one nearby my community, everytime you walk in, greeted by big smile of staffs working there, Som the banker and Jill the branch manager always take very good care of my big family, we have open five business accounts here so far. Will add sixth here soon.

we made appointment 10 in the morning online, and they got me a banker 11.30am. They told me it was because their system ain't work.

The staff here are so helpful and nice, I really appreciate the help they do and the resources they have for their customers. I wish they didn't have the security glass but understand why they have to have it.

Had a really bad experience. Discrimination is an Every step, left and right. Would not recommend to anyone. And personally I will protect my family and never go back there again. We are opening account in a different bank and would like to forget about this facility forever. Left them in tears, never coming back.

One of the teller is a klutz. When i deposit my cash, she hand counted my money (a lot of $1 bill) , separated it into piles, and said im short like $30 from what i wrote in the paper. When i tell her to count again with the machine counting money that no one was using, she got the right amount. Then weeks later, when i tried to deposit my check, the same teller rounds down my check deposit. It was only a a couple of dollars, but money is money. I cant tell if she is lazy or trying to steal my money.

Extremely slow lines. They only have one teller working the front lines and the drive-thru on a Tuesday afternoon at 1pm. I’ve been in line for 20+ minutes now and there’s still 3 people ahead of me.

Horrible customer service, they are all so rude and aren’t helpful just give you dirty looks when you’re asking questions. So glad I left and went to Chase!!! Never will bank with them again
