Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Allen St, Allentown

Clean rooms absolutely love this come every summer numerous times with my family love the owner

Always a line if you need to bank it's a 30 minute wait Nothing like standing outside on 15th with a bag full of cash waiting to make deposits for my company. If you go to the drive through they just tell you to come in they can't handle 3 deposits at the drive through so that's even pointless they need more employees!

They claim they have a $1,000 limit to cash checks using the drive thru. I haven't had this experience with any other bank of america. Waited 15 mins in the drive thru and almost 30 minutes on a line. I highly recommend avoiding this place and heading to the one on Lehigh St.

Though in a busy small area w/ many shops and constant movement, the service rendered by the staff was just right to get me on the way. Though the establishment needs a little more life to it like other BOA's, it is nice bank to work on your financial needs. Look for Ms. Ortega for your local needs.

Horrible customer service waited 25 minutes on line mind you there were only 6 customers in front of me, only 2 clerks but 1 taking care of the customer. If u can avoid this place do so.

I recommend avoiding this location, have been a customer of Bank of America for more than a decade and never experienced such a bad customer service. They don't respect scheduled appointments, the employees need better training and the manager of this location never resolved our needs. In NY and CA Bank of America offered to us an outstanding service, so disappointed of our experience here.

They don’t respect appointments. love Bank of America. Hate this location. Made an appointment, due to coronavirus (which is understandable), I had to wait outside. What’s not understandable is having to wait 45 minutes in the cold outside because someone who didn’t have an appointment arrived before me, which I don’t understand. Tellers have an attitude like they being forced to work here.

Currently in line here at the bank.. I look around and there are 9 employees floating around the vicinity.. the line is worse than the ones you see in Walmart.. EVERY TIME I come here I’m always here 30 minutes or more. It’s completwly unacceptable. Somebody hire more agents for this spot! Cus lord knows they need the help. Terrible and too busy. Go to the one on Lehigh street for fast and quick service they’re wayyyyyy better.

Extremely tired of the disgustingly rude cleaning lady they have at this location. Every time I go shes always arguing with someone talking about "Shes about that life."

Very nice customer service. They greet you with a smile and make sure you get out from there with a smile too. Tellers were fast and very helpful.
