Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) W 28th Ave, Pine Bluff

I just wish that people would be courteous and go to the second ATM when entering the double ATM lines! People always enter the line and stop at the first ATM. Roll forward!!! It's irritating that Pine Bluff people aren't courteous of others. We have double ATM lines so that cars move through faster. Please put up some signs or something 🙏 😕

If google have 0 star for chose, I would chose 0 on it. What a bad service they have?!!!! The Spanish lady who work at the drive thru rolled her eyes to the customer for being ask a question that they made before see if the case have the results yet. There was noting offending her. She had no idea of that case which is fine, because there was not her handle that. but she shouldn’t rolling her eyes to me, to the customer !!!!! Excuse me, What make her feel so superior to others?! Shame on her!!!!! How dare her?! Their is the only one Bank of America in the pine bluff, if I have a choose, I wouldn’t go again!!! What a bad day I have because of her. Now I know why she could only working at that position for years!!!!! Bad service!!!!!!!

This branch at Oak Park has been closed for close to a week with NO EXPLANATION!!!!!!! Putting a sign up saying you're sorry for the inconvenience just WILL NOT CUT IT!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS THE DOORS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!! WHENEVER THAT WILL BE!!!!!! HOW CAN YOU BE THE ONLY BRANCH IN TOWN AND HAVE NO REASONABLE EXCUSE FOR BEING CLOSED FOR A WEEK???!!!!!

Bank closes at 4 pm. Monday-Friday Even drive through. That’s a terrible way to run a bank. Every time you need to see someone In the bank offices, you have to make an appointment. Even just to get a paper notarized. Think twice about this bank.

7 Months later: The tellers are just as slow and worthless as the last time I was forced to go to this lousy establishment. Tellers are slow and lazy. There isnt enough ATM machines so the lines are too long and they are often out of service.

Never will go to this bank again gave us a complete run around for days, everybody telling you different things. Bank Manager is black, I was always told your own color makes it harder for you. Prefer to deal with the opposite color anytime.

Very, friendly and fast service. This place was packed and even though the line was long it took less than five minutes too handle my situation. They offer a wide variety such as auto loans, mortgage loans, and simple banking.

I love banking here been there for 3 years. The staff is always friendly! Best bank I've dealt with. Drive thru is always quick and easy!

Fast service unless you need to see an agent then you will probably have to wait anywhere for 10-45 minutes. The drive through and window services are speedy. Comfortable environment.

I am a cosmetologist, my Client wrote me a check, she bank with bank of America, ok I was in the area so I decide to cash my check, and the teller ask me do I have a account with them, I say no, I bank elsewhere (thank God) anyway he tells me it will be 8 dollars to cash my check, I asked even if she bank with you guys, he said yes, I took my check and left, and on top of that I stood in line 20 minutes waiting, the line was backed up, they had 1 teller, if someone bank with them and write you a check tell them no, unless you would like to pay 8 dollars, no mam. I will never deal with them again!!!!!!
