Terrible customer service. After all these years with this bank my family and I requested a simple service of notarizing a gift vehicle and practically were denied. The attendant offered the UPS store across the street as the best option since the manager didn't care much about us. Worst part is that we went to the bank to open a Merryl Edge account and that idea ended quickly after the inconsiderate service to a long time customer.

    Response from the owner

There’s a reason no one has Bank of America and that’s they’re horrible customer service. For starters there’s nothing wrong with someone outside the bank knowing things about a bank. The manager was mad at the fact that I told her there was more she could do as part of her job to help out maybe a future account holder. But nope she decided she would refuse service for no reason. Decided to try a different branch and to my surprise no issues when cashing the check.

    Response from the owner

The line is so long, they have a bunch of employees just talking and walking around and just 1 teller, I waited 45 minutes during a lunch break and the line only moved up by two people, I had to leave. Very disappointed in the service displayed, I may close my account.

    Response from the owner

Hi, Ryan. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. I came to this bank to cancel a security lock box, I checked in with the receptionist at 12:10 pm, and ONLY FIVE people were ahead of me. There were 4-5 ladies working (one in each office). I was finally helped at 1:27 pm. I waited 1 hr and 17 min to be helped. The employees are always very professional (which is why I gave it 2 stars) but they need to be more efficient. We cannot be making our schedule around their time.

Always a nightmare. Takes an hour to deposit a check. Understaffed, inaccurate information on their website about business hours, and BOA saw fit to close the drive thru at 95% of their locations right as the pandemic started. Bank somewhere else.

    Response from the owner

Hi Peter, we apologize about your experience and are very disappointed to hear this. We'll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Also, we are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. I've had great experiences. They can sometimes be a bit slow, but that's mostly due to the cashiers not having enough clearance level to make complicated transactions. Client and support service have been great the times I've gone there.

    Response from the owner

Hi Bryan. Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^susan

0 stars for the young girl at drive thru. Only have to go for work purposes, but if I didnt have to, I would definitely not bank with them. Only time they smile and are friendly is when they tell their customers they're closed. Only bank I know that closes at 4 pm.

There’s ALWAYS Long lines! They only have ONE teller helping inside. The drive-thru is always closed or they only have one teller as well.
