Bad service, need it to update my phone number for safe pass and they could not do it in person, I do not like Bank of America to put limits on how much money I can wire transfer to someone else specially when is my money and I pay extra for the transfer. 12 years with Bank of America and will close all my 3 accounts. I M done with this always bad service and changing extra fees. Going to try CHASE Bank maybe they better. Wrong hrs of operations displayed, never enough employees, On Tuesday will close all my accounts,

I was waiting for withdrawing my money at the counter. Almost my turn and the associate approached me and ask if what kind of transaction I was gonna do. I told him I was doing withdrawal of $750. Ge showed me how to set limit the amount of money to withdraw on the app and I was asked to go outside to the ATM machine. I felt I was forced to go outside even though the bank was not busy at that time and it was nearly my turn. Overall the experience was not bad !!!!!

This branch is ridiculously understaffed. Every time I visit, the line is out the door. One or two tellers max at any given time and the business line is almost never staffed. If you visit the bank regularly, I highly suggest going with a competitor.

Business hours are misleading. I arrived at 9:30 and they told me from the window that they where closed and not open until 10am.

It is very unfortunate that Bank of America has as its manager Mr. David, a very arrogant person who rudely brags about his position in this bank to humiliate customers and give the worst service. It is totally ridiculous that you go to your bank because you need to change usd 20.00 to quater and they only change usd 10.00 and you have to return the next day to change another usd 10.00, or have to go to another bank ... or have to come with someone else to be able to get a measly 20.00 dollars in coins to wash your clothes ... I really have no words to express my frustration

Terrible customer service from manny and the unattractive teller who refused service because of closing time even though I was in the building before closing.

Today, I had the unfortunately experience of visiting the Bank of America At 1414 Alton Rd on South Miami Beach. There were not many patrons in the bank when I arrived, and they were very well staffed for a bank that size. Upon arriving, I spoke to the person with the tablet in the front of the bank in regards to being in need of a temporary debit card, as well as canceling my current debit card because my wallet had been stolen. I was short on time and had a friend waiting with me. I asked how long it would take to be able to see one of the associates in the back about my temporary ATM card, and she said about 15-20 minutes. Because it was not busy and I was in a rush, I passed the time by getting in line at the teller to cash a check as well as make a withdrawal. After 30 minutes, I was finally called to the back and explained the same thing I had explained upon arriving just to be told by another gentleman that THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY TEMPORARY CARDS IN THE BANK. I was very annoyed that they wasted 30 minutes of my time because the bank employees (there were about 7 of them standing around talking to each other) did not communicate with one another. The woman with the tablet who receives everyone's information and takes note of the needs of all the bank patrons upon arrival should have known and been able to communicate this information in a manner that was not such a gross waste my time. I could not cancel my current card because I was in need of a temporary, so essentially, I spent 30 minutes in the bank yesterday just to have to go back today to visit another location with temporary cards. Lastly, I was not most disturbed by the fact the bank didn't have any cards and that my time was wasted. I was very put off by the attitude of the employees, and especially of the bank manager when I expressed my grievances about the experience. They all blamed each other and "pointed the finger" at one another as to why the woman at the front did not know there were no cards, and at one point the bank manager responded to me with a nonchallant, "Sure," when I said that with over 7 employees walking around apparently not doing much of anything and not helping the many guests in the waiting area, they should at least be able to communicate with each other on what they do and do not have and the services they are able to provide. They presented an extremely disorganized, unprofessional and lackadaisical attitudes; completely unacceptable. Needless to say, this was my first and last experience with this location.

This place is filthy, all around embarrassing. No air-conditioning, closes at 4 PM, one teller and there’s 17 people on line, why would you EVER bank here? I will pay people personally out of my own bank account to use a different bank. This place should be demolished.

Really bad customer service, the lady at the front is just there to tell you to go home and call. I would recommend to go to another branch
