Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Weston Rd, Davie

This location is currently open I thought it was worth to mention since a couple of locations have been closed supposedly because of the pandemic, which makes no sense to me since there are a lot more people filling up the ones that are open and the wait is ridiculous🙄

this is THE WORST bank branch I have EVER been to ! we had to drive 3 hours to to meet someone to get some papers notarized, made an appt. 2 days prior and when we got there they said we didn't have an appt. so we needed to leave, when I insisted we had an appt., some other guy came over, didn't even introduce himself and started making up excuses as to why they had to cancel our appt. and that the main bank never called to let them know that we had an appt. even though I made the appt. with a person at that location 2 days prior! then they really got nasty and said we should just go to the ups around the corner and just pay the 10 dollars so we wouldn't be waiting in their lobby. we just got our papiers and left. any time I need a notary, I will gladly pay the 10 dollars rather than go to this rude bank!!!!

Why are all your weston locations closed? This is extremely inconvenient and ridiculous. Funny how all the other banks are opened for business.. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Sorry BOA..

Bank of America is the worst. I went today to get a document notarized. I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone about it, only to be told they couldn’t just notarize the last page of my document, that they needed to have a printed version of the entire document. Seeing the document on my phone was not sufficient. And they couldn’t print it for me off my phone. So much for customer service. They are great at charging me exuberant fees for all their services but can’t do a basic service like print a document or notarize for that matter. If considering them for your personal or business accounts, do yourself a favor and find someone else!

This place operates like Venezuela. If you want to bank with a civilized and efficient operation, go to the Wells Fargo next door. Minimal staff, minimal private bankers on staff, and a large waiting area for parties and social gatherings. This bank should just rent out their space for fiestas and shut down the banking component.

Poorly managed. Went during business hours on a Saturday and was told there was no teller service because they didn’t have any tellers working. A bank branch with no tellers? In the meantime the branch managers and three other people doing nothing. Couldn’t they fill in as tellers if someone called in sick?

Great location, very helpful staff. Make sure to make an appointment though!

You will get faster and more efficient service at Pollo Tropical. When I say the service its slow I mean extremely slow its impossible to come inside this location and not leave with a bad mood. The bank is understaffed and the few workers here are extremely inefficient even tho they are nice. They just spent a bunch of money remodeling the whole place but refuse to hire more tellers. I am writing all of this after being here for 20 minutes waiting to do a simple deposit. STAY AWAY!!!

Limit on the wire transfer amount for a business account? Seriously? This was never communicated when opening the account. Please go somewhere else. WORST BANK!!!
