Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Ne 43rd Ave, Homestead

So this bank of America has a line of 20 people and have only 2 cashierS? No money to pay more EMPLOYES?? , THIS IS RIDICULOUS.... CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH THIS PEOPLE

I went in the morning, and there were very few customers in line at the tellers. The girl at the concierge desk did not even say good morning. I walked up to her to ask if she could help me, as I only needed a stamped/signed print out of something like an interim statement, because I am purchasing a home. She was so rude, and not very helpful. Her responses were snippy. The worst part is that the branch manager, who was standing by speaking to another customer, interrupted and said “No. We won’t sign it.” Just like her employee, she needs to take a customer service 101 course.

Have to spend more than 30 minutes in line to make a cash deposit, this has been the norm. Need to have more tellers at the four windows. This is the main reason that I didn't open a account and went somewhere else, customer service is really bad. You need to reopen the drive thru also.

Just one cashier on Friday and Saturday I don’t like to go there unless it is absolutely necessary. I have and account on the other bank across the St and they are faster , and courteous despite the amount of customers.

Terrible wait times. Showed up at 9:10ish am to take deposit for work at which i start at 10am. I'm still in line as im writing this at almost 10:20am. This is absurd get your staffing fixed. Guests don't have the time to wait over an hour. Thinking of changing my buisness account, so i don't have to deal with this again.

Some of the staff are very racists at this Bank of America. I waited 40 minutes and watched several people of Latin American descent walk in and received service without waiting. Uroli stated they had appointments but they never signed in with the lady that had the clip board. Representatives walked out of their office and call them into their office. You're telling me 5 people had appointments. Really. I took all of my money out of 3 accounts and deposit it in Chase Bank. Please stay wake from this Bank of America. Sad situation. Its 2019 and we still discriminating. 😡😡

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Honestly this is a multi billion dollar bank it is 1:30pm on a Friday and I have been waiting in line for over 34 minutes. There are 12 clients ahead of me and only two tellers working the drive thru & teller. Total waste of time and shows very little consideration for their clients time and business. TWO AVP'S ON PERSONAL CALLS THAT CAN BE HEARD OVER INTERCOM. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE REPLACEMENT CARD HAD TAKEN OVER 6 DAYS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WILL BE CLOSING ACCOUNT AND USING GIFT CARDS.

The level of disregard that is shown to the customers is ridiculous.. The amount of my valuable time being wasted after standing in line for a long period of time, only to find out that the very SPECIFIC reason that I expressed to the employee over the phone prior coming to the bank in hopes of avoiding my time being wasted) wasn't possible. I'm really trying to understand why they treat the customers who makes it possible to have a job..

Manager is super nice. My problem with this location is the WAIT TIME EVERYTIME i come. It’s ridiculous. They need to hire more tellers. Only two on a Saturday is not SMART at all. Over one hour just waiting.

It is 9:30 on Thursday morning, March 01, 2018, and the place is packed yet they only have two tellers. If the excuse is "well, it's the first of the month and that's our heaviest traffic time", then they should schedule more people on the first of the month. This is ridiculous.
