This bank never keeps enough staff on hand. I have had to wait an extremely long time every visit. I plan on changing banks cause of the excessive wait times. The wait was long before COVID and longer with. One teller working the desk with a line out the door and only one working the drive through.

The only thing about this Bank is there's no Bathroom for customers I ran into the problem that's how I found out after having to wait for a Banker to address my account..

This is the friendliest bank I've ever experienced. I've been with Bank of America for more than 20 years (up north) and Andre and Jason always so helpful!! Jason took the time out to return my debit card to me that I mistakenly left there! Andre always there to greet you and portrays such an awesome attitude!!!

I recently found out, after standing in line 20 minutes, that Bank of America has a new policy where if you don’t have an account with them, you must speak with a manager at a desk so they can pitch you opening an account before a teller is allowed to cash your payroll check. I was not willing to wait through the manager line and the teller line again. I will never step into another BoA again.

I opened an account today with the help of Mr Benjamin Peterson. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns and left me feeling confident about trusting Bank of America with my money. I highly recommend this bank. Thanks again Ben.

I put a $1000 into the drive-thru ATM. The machine spit out a $20 and then told me the transaction was cancelled. No receipt was given. Look on my phone app, money isn’t showing up. I go into the lobby (not looking good, dressed down and visibly upset). ANDRE the “manager” gave the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. Made me feel like I was lying about the situation... I would give 0 stars if I could. This is clearly a 9-5 for him, I see other negative reviews about the same manager. He offered no clarity on the situation, other than “the outside ATM is not our responsibility, YOU have to call a 1-800 number” so I did. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes waiting to speak to someone about my missing money. Andre never once stepped in or even transferred the call for me to someone who can directly help. The “help” on the phone told me it would take up to 40 business days to receive my money back. Now I’m in another country without that money and it’s all Bank of America’s fault. There is no warning on the outside ATM saying “deposit money at your own risk”. I waited 5 business days and I just called the claim center again; they just told me the bank is waiting for a confirmation on the incident from the merchant. Meaning this Bank of America hasn’t even tried to prove that their own ATM’s are up 980 dollars. Moral of the story is, don’t use the outside ATM, machines are faulty and will steal your money then make YOU wait on it. (2) the customer service in this building is simply embarrassing. Local waffle houses give better service. (3) the manager Andre on duty is contributing to the overall 2 star experience this Bank of America is providing. And finally I would give anyone my $1000 if they use a different bank bc this is just sad.

I have been a customer of BankBoston since 1997 up and through it becoming Bank of America. I had the absolutely worst customer service experience today at the Evans GA office. The bank was not busy. I needed to see a customer service rep because I was having issues that could not be handle via phone or internet. There was one rep helping another customer. I waited 15 minutes for the bank greeter to appear and get me into the system and another 30 min before the manager stepped in to help me. He was unfriendly and appeared to be annoyed with my questions and requests. No eye contact and sort yes no answers. It was very clear that he was aggravated with my requests. I left feeling angry and frustrated. I will never go back to that branch office again. I am surprised that Bank of America doesn't do a better job screening their managers

Absolutely horrible. I’m a non-account holder. Tried cashing a check drawn on BOA. They would have to order money. I then asked for a cashiers check. That’s also a no. No reason for such horrible customer service. The manager (African American male) had the worst attitude.

I having been using Bank of America for approx. 40 years and every time I have to be waited on by the older blonde headed teller she always has an attitude.. I go into this bank at least once a month, sometimes more, and all the others tellers greet me with a smile and ask how are you doing and do not as for I.D . The older lady, every time she waits on me she has to see my ID. She is always very arrogant and tries to intimidate people. She said she has been with the bank 36 years and she acts like she does not want to work as a teller, just wants to walk around. She needs to retire if her life is as miserable as she acts like it is. She needs to be transferred where she does not have to help people. Thank you
