Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) W Main St, Branford

My Mom passed away and I have been trying for over year to get access to her account. Attorney gave me everything I need but bank America will not give me access. Other banks have take my documents and given me access. I have heard this happening to other people that have had accounts with Bank America. If you have any money in Bank America and you die your loved ones are going to have to fight for their money. It is hard enough to deal with lose with out have to deal with Bank America.

Young man tried his best to service my request and failed or simply just gave up.. I asked the manager, Troy to help and I was astonished by Troy’s response , when he said , he can’t help to set up online transfer of funds !!! No wonder, this branch have plenty poor reviews! Please do not waste your time .. going to this brach of Bank of America.

The slowest branch ever. I deal with various banks and branches for work and by far this location has the slowest staff. Funny thing is that no matter who is on duty it is just slow. Staff does not even comprehend how slow they are, if compared with other banks or even BofA branches. Constantly understaffed and Saturdays are the worst!

Dan Albino, an assistant manager fixed a banking problem no one at BOA was able to fix for almost 2 years! The best banking experience!

Slowest branch. I only deal with this awful bank because they unfortunately hold my mortgage. I try not to go through the drive up during lunch because I’m positive it would be excruciating .

I've been going to this bank pretty frequently to cash checks that's made out to there bank. There's one specific bank teller Samuel. Always a weird vibe when approaching his station. Appears that he's always giving me ( African American Female) a hard time or try to find some type of excuse with an issue with my check when trying to cash. Remind you I come there and cash the same exact check every two weeks. The rest of the employees appears to be friendly especially the female teller that works to the further end. Hope they send him to a cultural diverse training. The customer behind me ( Caucasian Lady) He appeared to be super happy when she approached;-( I will avoid his station my next visits.

They lost a $16K dollar check I deposited then deducted it from my account. Tried calling and they told me I had to reach out to who wrote the check or go into branch. Went to branch, they were no help and couldn't be bothered to look for the check that was on deposit slip, given to teller but they never scannned.

Not the nicest bank around, tellers seem cold and unfriendly and with short hours this branch is not very convenient. Often there is a long line with one teller. 'Luckily, they'll have an overly friendly(annoying) greeter asking stupid questions like "how can I help you?"

This Bank truly sucks I’m so many levels - try finding a branch that is open these days- when you do drive through is useless - no one will come To the window -
