Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Corbett Ave, Swansboro

This used to be a good bank. It sure has changed. No drive thru service any longer and always short staffed with rude staff. I think they are rude because there is only one teller who can get hung up with a customer. Waited in line for 25 minutes while teller was busy with one customer who was having a problem with something. Manager walked by and I asked her if there was another teller. She said no you just have to wait. We only have one teller on staff. I will be closing my account.

Friendly, courteous, prompt staff. I lost my card during a recent vacation. I called ahead, and they had a replacement card waiting for me upon my arrival. I've been with Bank Of America for over ten years, and the service that I have received at this branch stands out among the best in branch history with the company to date. Thank you very much.

No drive thru service. The atm doesn’t accept money. You have to go inside to deposit money. It’s nice they have someone to greet you at the door but I think they would be served better as another teller to get customers in and out faster. They can say hello when you get up to the counter.

The branch is closed ! I drove 45 minutes to deposit a check that was to high for on line banking. No notice. This is unacceptable. They said if you want to get into your safety deposit box call some number that didn't answer. This is like the depression that may grand parents told me about.

Staff has always been very friendly and warm. I'm usually in and out with out any issues. No Drive thru service

One of the worst banks I have ever experienced in my life. The staff is extremely rude, they are always short handed, when you cash a check they want to make you wait a week before u can have access to the money. And when something goes wrong and they can't give u money or cant help you them seem happy about it. Bank of America they are making y'all look real bad.

In general I don't leave reviews unless they are of the positive nature. Today's poor display of customer service had to be shared. Lady sitting behind the desk was rude and wanted to debate how they didn't need a drive thru.Keep in mind the elderly and handicapped,which find it hard to get in and out of the vehicle. No love from this teller. Said it wouldn't matter they'd still have to wait.This while 12 customers in one line out the door were waiting. At one time this was a very friendly branch to deal with.What a shame to have it fail with rudeness and lack of customer service. Time for a change.

Just close this branch. Only open till 4...how many people get off by 4. None of my employees do. This use to be a great branch yet I cringe when I have to go there. FYI same rude people no matter how much $ you have in your account. I've been with BOA for 30+ years and now at another bank to see what they offer.

Lousy Bank very poor service. Reminds me of why all my commerical loan was moved to another Bank and my personal accounts too. I stopped in to see that it had hopefully changed by not a chance. First Citizens Bank of Cape Carteret know how to treat customers
