Highly recommended. I used their services over the last two years or so. They never failed me. Communication: E-mail - prompt response. Voicemail - prompt response. In-person - prompt response. The manager Ms. Saima Khan is exceptionally caring for her customers; she is well versed with BoA services and products, and makes accurate recommendations. The staff is good.

Again, I had received good service from Siama Khan, earlier also had the similar fine service from MS Saima. She assisted me in my personal work through Bank of America that I am planning ahead to accomplish. MS Saima could be a strong resource at this location to the customers.

We have visited this branch (BOA-Clock tower) to open an account. I did book an appointment online prior to visiting the branch. Ms. Saima called me before visiting the branch to understand my banking needs and mentioned about required documents/Photo IDs. Wait time is reasonable, Saima was able to address our concerns and suggested different options. Initial estimated time for our banking needs were 30-40 mins, but Saima was able complete it in 20mins. She is quick and listen to customers. At the end of this visit, we were happy customers!!!

My experience was awesome. I met Paul Maldonado ,the Relationship Manager at my branch and I really want to commend him for always going above and beyond. He is always smiling, welcoming and customer service oriented. He displays not only professionnalism but also kindness and patience towards my husband and my family every time we come in. Not one of the good BOA branches. Not providing the same notary services other BOA branches have always provide. And one of the advisors had time to keep checking his mobile while there were customers waiting.

I was looking for information on refinancing my home and decided to stop by the clock tower location as it’s located near my work. I actually didn’t even have an account with them at that point, but Saima was very professional and helpful in providing me with all the details and was very patient with all my questions. She even offered to help me with notarizing some documents I had which I was going to take to my bank. Based on this experience, I decided to not only open an account with them, but also did my loan with them. Very happy to experience such great service in person.

Clocktower team is very friendly and helpful every time I visit them. There are other banks in the area but this branch and its staff is best of the best especially the bank manager Ms Khan. She’ll go above and beyond to help assist me with all my banking.
