Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Chain Bridge Rd, Mclean

Fantastic and lightning fast service. Dan is very helpful. It's my first time in the US, new to BoA and I came here on a Saturday for a cashier's check. Dan helped me to win a race against time which helped me to move-in to my new apartment without any further hurdles. Edit 2nd July 2022: Visited this bank for 2nd time today to get a credit card account opened. The banker (Ainur) graciously welcomed me and explained all the different types of CC accounts that are available and suggested me the best one that suits my usage. The process was blazing fast. Thank you once again for the fantastic service that you are providing and Kudos to the entire team.

The staff seemed disturbingly concerned that I came to speak with a banker without an appointment. I received more comments about not having an appointment then I did about the issue I went to the branch to discuss with the banking staff. I guess no appointment is the new "rude" for BoA. I have banked with BoA for over 20 years and at this branch for at least 15 years. This is a first...

I went to the bank today to cash a check from my employer. I go every week because it is conveniently located. Unfortunately today, I felt like they were giving my check the eye and the employee didn't even offer me an envelope, just put my money on the counter. I was so embarrassed I didn't know what to say, except ask if there was a problem. They said nothing but the vibe there very uninviting. From now on I cash my check closer to home.

I attempted to to make a cash deposit inside with a teller, as I didn't want to stand outside with a rather large amount of cash at the ATM. The teller literally told me to go outside to the ATM. Maybe not the best customer service?

In a wheel chair and there is no handicap button to push and open doors automatically.All the work they have done to remodel the bank and horrible access.

I was there for get changes today. 4 tellers were available, When my turn, they put me in side line and wait to find out if they have changes or not. I was standing side line, while 4 more customer on the line behind me helped. I felt embarrassed and had to leave.

I was turned away at 4:01pm after getting into line because they close at 4pm.

This branch is only open till 4:00 pm. Why?

Very slowly. I stopped by the drive up at 445. Nobody greeted me till 450. All I need was to deposit two checks. Slip was filled out, I was not out until almost 5pm.

Inexperienced, novice, lethargic and lazy staff who are unwilling to help. They are slow, ill-informed and inefficient.
