Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Arrow Hwy, Glendora

You never know when they're open and when they're closed. Bank of America got so big. It looks like they didn't have to care about people who need to do business inside. It just added a ton of ATMs all over the place. ATMs don't always allow you to accomplish what you need to accomplish however.

Took my 94 year old father there. He’s been dealing with this same branch for over 50 years. They all know his name and who he is and even call him by his first and last name. After waiting over an hour, we were unable to withdraw a couple hundred dollars for him because his CDL expired. They required proof of identity. We had to make an appointment with DMV and get him a senior ID! WTH, they all knew who he was. He has $200K in their bank! They’re a bunch of idiots.

Went through the ATM and the touch screen was not working well at all & it was very frustrating trying to get some fast cash, plus everytime I go through the drive thru one ATM machine is broken.

I went in today to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee which is a service they are supposed to provide. The guy who provides that service will be out all week. Great service guys. If there was a zero star, that would be my rating.

Second time I have set up an over the phone appt and their Investment banker does not call. Guess they no longer need my investments

Terrible customer service. Reminds me why I never go inside this particular Bank of America. One teller working, while the other tells me "wait until I call you up". In the meantime 3 employees in suits doing nothing to assist the line that's getting bigger by the seond. Wow what happen to customer service.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever seen! If I could leave a 0 star I would, one teller up at the front on a Friday(most people's payday) at 4pm while I watched a ton of workers just walk right past the line (a line that had 10 or more people in). I watched the personal bankers just stare at us from there desks with no one in front of them !! I also Bank with Wells Fargo and idk how bank protocols work but the minute there is more the 3 people in line at Wells those personal bankers get right up there to help! I'm not comparing just when I see one teller trying to take care of line of 10+ people while the rest do nothing it really aggravates me.

Huge line, one teller and a huge new area where you can speak to a teller on the phone. No thanks. I'm moving all accounts to Wells Fargo where they care about there customer.

No cash dispensed at the drive thru, outside atm accommodated request. No appointment required, or fees!

I was running late I understand that I went inside to make a deposit. I was short on some change I said let me run to my car real quick the lady respond we will close in two minutes I turn around from getting the change for my car and she’s looking right at me and hit the button to release the automatic doors horrible service .Seconds away from 5:00pm
