Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Day Creek Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga

The lines at this location are always out the door. One teller , with 13 people in line. Horrible, I would NOT recommend this branch or Bank of America. Definitely not doing business with Bank of America. Always low staff in ALL near by locations.near by locations have been closed.

This Day Creek location in Rancho Cucamonga is a complete disaster. The people are so full of themselves They make you wait 2 hrs for a 2 min task (after I waited 45 minutes and another person comes and tells me it’s another 2 hr wait) very shameful! Where is the manager?!?!

My 16 year old got a summer job and her employer banks with B of A. She is too young to have her own checking account. We went to B of A with her ID to cash the payroll checks from her employer. They said it would cost $8 per check or I could open up a checking for her in my name. I have my own account with Citibank. We went to Citibank and they were able to cash her checks for us. I recommend Citibank.

Great customer service and all of the tellers are wonderful, but every single time I come in, there's NEVER enough people working. I understand being understaffed every now and then, things happen. But you all KNOW how busy you get EVERY morning, so start scheduling accordingly. A bank run shouldnt take an HOUR. Even with a line backed up to the door they're still taking time to try and pressure people into credit cards, making the line go even slower. The management here is a real joke. Your poor employees.

Relationship Banker Cristian Hernandez-Veloz looked through my bank history to sell me investment and savings services COMPLETELY UNREQUESTED AND UNAUTHORIZED!!! Total violation of my privacy. These people scroll through member's bank accounts for sales. Unethical and dirty at best.

Such a nice and friendly staff Relationships Manager Lucy went above and beyond to explain everything. She took her time to help us navigate a new account and super happy with the outcome Sidenote the staff is always soo welcoming and friendly. The wait is never excesive and i enjoy the fact that hand sanitizer s and waters are everywhere.

This is how management deals with a pandemic, they have 2 tellers open on a Monday after one of the biggest holidays of the year, Christmas! This manger should be fired for their incompetence. What an absolute disgrace!

Excellent service from the manager there. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. however, I returned here for a mortgage. The officer was unprepared after I set up everything online. The mortgage manager is extremely unprofessional and discriminates against customers. I had to go to another bank to complete my mortgage

Very helpful. Before I walked in the door of the bank the security women outside greeted me and walked me inside the bank to where I could sit down. I had an appointment with Karen Lazo who provided me with excellent customer service taking care of my account. I highly recommend this branch as all of the employees are very courteous and professional.

Best customer service! The relationship manager named Michael helped me sort so much of my finances and gave me options/services I didn’t even know they offered. I didn’t just feel like another customer, I felt like he was actually listening to what I needed and offering the best solution in a timely matter. This type of service will always have my business and money. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thanks Bofa
