    I saw how terrible the reviews were, and decided that I would drive out of my way to a different location. As I passed by the cedar hill branch I noticed the parking lot was not very crowded and decided to give it a chance. I am speechless at how amazing my experience was here and it was truly because of the staff. There wasn’t anyone in the lobby to assist, but I decided instead of waiting in line that I would peak into a cubicle and ask how to get on the list to see a teller. I was informed that due to the pandemic and to keep everyone safe that they are doing appointment only, which you sign up online. I was a bit disappointed but understood and appreciated how kind he was when he informed me the protocol. Instead of brushing me off, the first banker double checked to confirm that the other employees didn’t have cancellations or an opening. I was asked to sit down in the waiting area and that he would be right back. Upon his return he told me that someone would be right with me, and he then returned to his cubicle as I waited in the sitting area. Not even 10seconds after Marco Murillo immediately acknowledged me and stated he would be with me shortly. Which is an awesome reassurance for a customer in a crisis situation like myself. After he finished up with a customer he greeted the other people in the waiting area and walked me back. He was so professional and very detail oriented. He did everything to make sure that my problem was solved and that it wouldn’t occur again. Because of the staff at the Bank of America in cedar hill I will definitely be returning. Thanks again for everything Marco Murillo, you and the staff at this branch have an amazing New Year and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

    On a Saturday morning when they first open up there was one teller and a long line. Then after every one started complaining another teller opened up her line. I will never come back here!

    Disappointment ! Zero drive thru, Zero tellers. The employees present in the building make shift office in the center of the bldg continue to hold Personal conversations as a customer (myself) Is present and awaiting acknowledgment. Why is this building open if you are not assisting others who have personal banking needs?? If you need better customer services and actual tellers go to the location off camp Wisdom. I see why This location has low ratings.

    Needed to wire a large amount of money and was having trouble doing it online. I went in Friday morning to get help and reassurance that my money would be wired to the correct place. They told me I had to have an appointment to get help with that and the next appointment wouldn’t be until Tuesday afternoon. They offered to give me online wiring instructions and sent me on my way, haha. Sorry folks, but for a $50k transaction (that’s time sensitive) I need some reassurance since it says online that the money is not recoverable if there is an error. Transferred my money to my ally account to do the wire and will be closing all 4 of my boa accounts.

    This bank don't pick up calls. I got a missed call from Tionne Williams. Been calling and leaving messages constantly and no one gives me a call back. Why call if you can't leave a detailed message or receive calls when a client is getting back to you? . Pathetic!!

    This location desperately needs better management and leadership practices. I spent 30 minutes in a very long line because there was only ONE teller. The teller was working as quickly and efficiently as possible, but there is only so much one person can do. When I asked an employee sitting in an empty cubicle why there was only one teller the response was, "This is corporate policy. They want to force clients into non-human transactions." Yet, there were a number of location employees sitting in cubicles looking at their phones. The only person who was trying to triage and assist customers was Tina. Thank you, Tina! Questions to be answered include: 1) Is it REALLY corporate policy to be this callous and insensitive to basic customer service needs? 2) Does the corporate office prevent bank managers from cross-training employees to assist in peak traffic times? 3) Does Bank of America not value clients who are less comfortable/confident with online banking and require face-to-face interactions? 4) Does Bank of America generally value client time as well as money? 5) Why would anyone want to do business at this Bank of America location if management can't provide an adequate teller service?

    This location has gotten horrible they have 1 person working a line to the door!!! It makes no sense😡 and of course if my transaction could have been completed at a ATM I would not have waited 25 minutes

    Went in to withdraw and close. Said they didn't have enough cash. Asked for money order. Said their cashiers check printer was down. Asked to send a wire. They said they wouldn't waive the wire charge. Terrible customer services all around.

    They refuse to help me with a wire transfer because was 3:30pm and they close at 4pm 03/02/22… manager on duty such a lazy person!

    Very poor customer service. Came to this location at 9:05am to have a piece of paper notarized. Only customers in the bank were at the teller and that was two customers. No other customer within plain sight. Waited close to 5 minutes to be acknowledged while two ladies were in the corner talking about their personal life and what they did the previous night. I approached another employee and she said the 9am appointment is running late and that they are booked up today for any notary and that I can go to the UPS store instead. I understand they have appointments and all but if the 9am appointment is not there, you can't fit in a walk-in for something so simple. After being there for 10 minutes and no service, I was in and out of UPS in less than 2 minutes with my paper notarized. Great job UPS!!! Poor job BofA toward a customer who has been with y'all for 35 years.
