This is probably one of the largest banks in the country. Always crowded and busy. There is a drive through and also an ATM.

You better make an appointment if not you will have to wait for any free space. If you ever need someone who takes care of the account of your business, loans and advice you on any Financial movement you need to do for your business, then go to this Branch and ask for Andrea she is so helpful !!!

They have to make their service faster, because you gotta wait for a quite looong time. they told me that I had 2 customers before me and they waiting was from 15 to 30 minutes, but it took me almost 2 hours to be assisted.. Just crazy.

Terrible, terrible service. NEVER enough tellers no matter what day of the week it is. They even see customers standing and do NOTHING while other BOA employees mill around looking busy.

Its 130 in the afternoon and there is a line of 6 ppl with only 1 teller😵. I wish they had drive thu again. 😭

One teller long lines, no one cares, phones ringing off the hook. Wow not sure why I have my business account here. My personal account is at Chase and the experience is so much better. This is crazy. Still in line typing up this review.

They never have the drive thru open on saturdays which is such a great convenience of you have children. There is always without failure a long long wait.
