Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Main St, North Little Rock

Anthony set up my check account 3 months ago and also made couple phone calls to check on me after my account opening to make sure I don’t have any questions. I don’t really check my voicemail until now, sorrry for super late reply. I decided to write a review to compliment Anthony and his dedication to provided exceptional customer service! I would like to provide the 5 star service to Anthony. I would also like to give one advice to BAO executive team. Please upgrade the computers at this branch, they are very slow and old. Really slow down the process of getting my account Sign Up. I was honestly a bit shock to see they are still using computer hardware that is from 1995. Other then that everything is great!

I couldn't have had a better experience! All the staff were friendly & kind; I had a meeting with Quedo Perna, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgable, making my whole experience seamless & stress free. As I am new to Little Rock, he even recommended the safest gas stations to go to & cautioned me about areas I may want to stay away from at night; what a thoughtful man. 10/5 stars!

At first I thought this bank was going to be a great fit for me but since starting my account, the branch closest to me has completely stopped doing drive up window service which totally destroys the convenience factor. The atm’s are regularly out of service and the customer service is deplorable. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who actually values their time and money.

Bank of America located at 200 Main St., No. Little Rock, Ar is not a bank, it's a JOKE. They say they are open until 4:00 P.M. but today I was there at 3:40 and when I got to the drive thru window the girl would not service me because the drive thru was closed. I'm sitting in my car reading the hours and it plainly says drive thru open until 4:00 P.M. I pointed this out to the girl at the window and she said it didn't matter what the sign says, if I wanted to be serviced I would have to go inside. WHAT THE HELL??? I went inside and there were at least 20 people in line with 1, YES 1 girl at the counter and 2 managers walking around doing nothing. I have 5 accounts with them and will be closing all of them soon. This bank sucks big time and so do their employees.

Walked in and both tellers were head down, on their phone. The guy from one of the cubicles realize they didn't greet and came around to ask what I needed. There's even a bell on the door.

I was welcomed from the moment I walked in the door by the most friendly and helpful team. I ended up working with Quedo Perna to open my account. What a genuinely lovely man! My daughter went in and also joined account. He was so kind to her and was giving her advice on the area. I would highly recommend this bank. Thank you Q and your team. Much deserved 5 star.

What’s the point of having 3 managers standing around doing nothing and only one teller and the line is backed out to the door? Hire more tellers or if a manager sees the teller is busy go back there and start telling. Plus the lady in there enforcing people to stand on the stupid little squares...It’s not that serious sis find another way to stroke your ego.

I hate Bank of America they make you sit and wait on Someone in the back offices to come and take your check to verified it to be cashed Instead of doing it like most banks do when you go up front. Then you have to wait in line again after its verified to get the check cashed.

Just went by to get Cashier's Check and had to transfer funds from out of state bank. The tellers and managers were we very helpful! Glad I didn't judge by reviews.

They need to have staff who know what they are actually doing for God's sake. I do business with Bank of America for 4 years now and though many branches this one is the only one that give me problems and I'm not going there again.
