Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Belmont Ave, Chicago

Very long lines at noon today. Additional window should have been open. Manager was concerned with delivery person for staff carryout food complaining that it was not labeled. What about the customer service in his branch? I have encountered this situation other times. One time the manager just yelled at people to use the automated machine. Also, customers in this area seem to park themselves at a teller for a long time to conduct lots of business. Since this is a regular occurrence accommodations should be made for them. How about a line for short transitions? Very poorly run bank. Will be looking for an alternative in my neighborhood since customer service is poor and unacceptable.

Worse services they let you wait for 3 hrs not enough staff .and come on even i didnt have appointment nobody tried to assist you ,count to think of it i will invest my money and i already have accounts to them common for few minute you cannot spare me that time. Thinking to widraw all my investment to bank of america . YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR GOOD INVESTOR.

Ok besides long lines and only 1 person working in past they have gotten better with that. Know they have no security guard working there they always had a security guard working there. You should have a security guard working there especially when it comes to the first of the Month and elderly people need to get there money. Protect your community.

The worst service I ever seen the manager her name Julie she was so rude and unprofessional she make me wait 40 m and she told me after we’re not taking appointment and she was the one she told me we’ll be right with you in 40 m that was so unprofessional I never gonna come back here

Drive thru cash station has been closed for 1 week. I called bank directly to ask when it would be available, & phone continued to ring 8x & then prompt automatically asks if you want to restart the process, which I continued to do. 35 minutes later with continual restart no one bothered to answer the phone during normal business hours, which is ridiculous. Absolute worse customer service experience. Pandemic has affected everyone & every business, but other banks have no problem adjusting to the new normal. BOA, one of the largest banking institutions in the world, & they cannot answer a phone or have their only cash station repaired within 7 days??

The only reason this place gets two stars is because staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. But going to this brunch is waist of time since they’re always short on staff...especially on Saturdays. The line is so long that half of the people waiting are outside. Only two clerks in such busy moment. Shame for such corporation!

Excellent service from the relationship banker and the other staff that served me. Their personal credit products make BofA far more competitive than other financial institutions.
