Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Carl D. Silver Pkwy, Fredericksburg

I had a delightful experience with Richard today at the Bank Of America, setting up a business account. He was very friendly and professional and informative. We have been banking with Bank of America for over 25 years now and this was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! Thank you so much!

I wanted to cash in a check. The teller said "Do you have this amount in your account?" If I did, I wouldn't be doing this in the first place. I would just make a deposit, withdraw what I needed and go about my day. But I needed cash and they said "We can't cash this check unless you have the same amount in your account. We do this because of fraud." That didn't make me feel too great. I went to Navy Federal, helped me and even made a wonderful suggestion for me. I'm not going to bofa ever again. I'm sticking to Navy Federal.

Worse customer service ever. I was there a few weeks ago when I witness the general manager discriminated a young Hispanic lady. He told her that he was not accepting her deposit and literally throw her deposit on the floor and said if you need to speak with someone else come tomorrow. He was very rude. was going to say something, but I hold myself back and I regret it now. The staff seen to work in a bad mood. They don’t greet you or used politely words. Worst experience ever. In the process of switching banks after 12 years I don’t put up with this kind of bs.

Excellent experience everytime. Very busy branch& unfortunately sometimes there's a wait to speak with representative. Sometimes have to leave & return at later time to complete business. Would give 5 stars if that wasn't the case several times.

Worst customer service I ever seen no greating. rude staff you deposit money like they will give money from there pocket I hope one of the top management stop this and change the current staff.

This place is awesome, the manager is a good guy... always helpful I wish to have in Alexandria something like this

What a worst experience with one of Bank of America employees, Gina. She was very rude and denied to deposit my money. The worst part was she went her manager came back and just stood by the booth without doing her job. Finally another employee ran our transaction. I believe she has no clue about customer service

This branch is very responsive to our commercial banking needs , especially Tracy who is one of the manager in this location. Excellent customer service , friendly staff! Thank you!

Saturday: A day when 80% of the workforce is off and needs to do their banking is the day BOA chooses to open an hour later than usual. Expect a long line of customers waiting to get into the bank when you arrive at 9:50 on a Saturday.
