Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Macarthur Rd, Whitehall

Bank of America lost a customer today because of this branch. So much for being a "Preferred Rewards" customer. I have banked here for five years with very high balances most of the time. Today I was told, at six months pregnant and having driven over an hour to this, my closest branch, "that their restrooms are not open to the public". I am not the "public" I am a customer! My breaking point though was when an Advisor told me "I'll check my calendar and if I am not busy, I'll update your account". I'll save you the trouble and close it, no updating necessary.

Most miserable people I've ever dealt with in my entire life.

I just recently opened a bank account on this branch, Excellent location, and must Say the bank represantive Yuli, gave the best of her service giving her extra mile service when they were about to close down for the day. I was completely satisfied that she took good care of me, along with the front counter tellers. I Highly recommend every one visits this location. Customer service great assets and the people that work here have it. Staff is very courteous and polite.

The office attendant(Nafia) pretty rude. I went to open an account no proper response from attendants.The information given wrong. I went to Allentown bank of America financial center and open the account the were nice and good at receiving customers.

Like this bank fast service and people are friendly and no problems and if I have a problem they help fix it asap thank you Bank of America.

I was there today to withdraw some money. While standing on the line An unprofessional employee with no name tag asked me from distance behind the counter ( with unwelcoming altitude)how can I help you!! I replied I need to withdraw money. Her answer was you either use the ATM or wait here. Really …I already know I have to wait here without answering outloud I am withdrawing money I was already standing on the line because I can’t withdraw this amount from the ATM. I don’t know why I was asked such a stupid question in front of everyone to hear another stupid answer. Do I have to answer outloud the I am withdrawing money? Where is my privacy?

Drive-through ATM has been broken for over a week. Inside ATM you can’t make cash deposits because it’s full. It just seems like they have completely abandoned this location and don’t care about it anymore. The only reason they opened this location temporarily was because the other one got flooded. Nobody answers the phone at the Lehigh Street location. Seems like Bank of America has been going downhill lately.

Went over to this Bank of America to open an account for my son, mind you I’ve been a very long term customer for Bank of America but that did not stop the manager or representative (whateveer she was) from telling me they couldn’t serve me because they were supposed to be closing in 20 minutes. What i dnt understand was the fact that their door was open but was felt they couldn’t serve me. Very bad customer service, never going there again.

The best bank out there I mean ppl are different in each branch but Bank of America as a hole is a great bank the took care of me during housing BS and gave me a loan when all other banks said no. So I do everything with bankofamerica now. The best

By far the worst BOA. After numerous times of going to this branch and getting lousy service I decided to leave a comment. Sorry but they Suck. Save time by going to another Branch an hour away.
