Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Barnes Rd, Colorado Springs

This is a great Bank of America location, as well as the only location in Colorado Springs. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they have always accommodated my banking needs. There is an unique difference with this Bank of America location, for anything other than withdrawing cash, making deposits or general teller transactions, you need to make an appointment online a day or two prior. This is a great Bank of America location to facilitate your banking needs.

I have never been to a bank with such friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff!!! The team at this location is great and they all make you feel so welcomed. They go above and beyond to assist you with your problem. I scheduled an appointment and they called me to confirm and then they also called me to follow up after the appointment. I really felt like they took care of me. The manager Brian is such a solid dude, and he is doing a great job leading the first Bank of America in the Springs. If you need a quality bank with amazing staff go with it, this is where you should bank!

Other than the gentleman up front, super disappointed that after living here for 10 years, banking with BofA for over 20, and just recently having them arrive in the Springs to have such a disappointing experience. Super curt, abrasive, and unhelpful in their response - after spending HOURS on the phone to be directed into the branch for information - SO UNHELPFUL and inconsiderate.

This is one of the dumbest designs for a bank. They have one teller and 4 personal bankers. You will have to wait in line every single time you come here. They are very slow, there is 0 sense of urgency. As big as Bank of America is this is just another way to show how cheap they have gotten.

Such a great experience. The staff is super friendly and they really helped me. I am so glad that they have such a versatile staff that speak different languages. Sheila and Eli are the best bankers at that location. They are so kind and caring and they really make you feel like they care about as a person and not just a number or another customer. I really recommend this location. Just be aware that you might need to set up an appointment ahead of time since they are the only location in the springs and they are usually booked ahead of time. Thanks Bank of America for coming to the springs.

Stay away from this bank. The staff does not inform the customer of important informations like money not being available until it's too late. I gave them a check issued to me to get a cashier's check, and they post-dated the cashier's check without informing me. When I called to rectify the situation and give them the opportunity to resolve the issue, they blew me of and took down my information saying that, of course, the manager was unavailable. What a joke. Terrible customer service and business practices

Waited in line forever to make a large withdrawal. I don't understand how you can build this branch with NO drive thru tellers. They make everyone come inside, but they only have ONE teller working. Multiple associates asked what I needed, then told me to stand in line with the other 5 people needing a teller. Very poor concept and design of this branch.

So nice to have a branch in Colorado Springs. First time here and the first experience is not good. One teller and the line hasn't moved in 15 mins.

Opened an account online and it said to bring in two ID verifications to the nearest branch to complete the process. It never said I needed an appointment. Their website gives the option but doesn't claim you have to have one to be helped. I get there and they say they can't squeeze me in bc it takes longer than 15 minutes to open an account and that they would have to start my process all over even though it was mostly already done online. The associate didn't have an answer as to why it wasn't registering. Lack of connection-communication with the app? She just shrugs. I would have been okay with it, if they had just said what was really going on or put in on the site that an appointment is required, given that this is the only branch in the entire area. I have had a Bank of America account before and I know it doesn't take longer than 15 minutes to open an account.... maybe when you are poorly organized and ignorant about the processes of the bank you work for. If you are under-staffed or ill-prepared, just be honest before people waste a drive out.
