Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Nordhoff St, Chatsworth

Do not use these ATM Machines. Came to withdrawal a large sum of money.. thru the walk up ATM facing Nordhoff.. and the machine gave my card back..a receipt and NO CASH. I tried to walk in for help. They were locked and refused to help me ... I called to speak to the Branch Manager and the person hung up on me. They dont care.. and this ATM is out of money or not working properly and they wont do anything to help

Went twice to this branch in 1 month, the clerk was too rude and had to wait longer for simple company's deposit and today for company's withdrawal. Made a mistake going to this branch.

Maggie is the best,explains things so is easy to understand and she provides all this was excellent customer service. Christine is the Manager and some of the questions are personal but overall is a good experience compared to the Branch on Devonshire .

An absolute joke. Kristine Ben is probably one of the worst managers in the history of managers. First, (granted, I'm not sure if this was her doing or not) they eliminated the merchant teller. This branch is located within the Chatsworth industrial area. Many businesses and their employees use this branch out of convenience of proximity. I visit this bank at least 4 times per month. Sometimes more. 90% of the time I'm in there, there are at least 10 people in line. 99.9% of that time, there are no more than 2 tellers working (there are at least 15 teller windows available for use). In line, I hear the displeasure from other customers. We are constantly lied to by Kristine that "the other tellers are at lunch" Well, I've been in there from the hours of 9:30am - 4:00pm and only one time did I ever see 3 tellers working at once. Kristine has even argued with me in line, in front of other customers, about the wait times and lack of tellers. Citing that "it's never like this". I had to explain to her that it is ALWAYS like this. Having said all this, the tellers are always nice and courteous once you finally get to them.

Personal of this branch is very poor trained,they keep refusing help my wife to cashed a particulary kind of check that require call verification before to pay, many times they make the call money was authorize but by some reason they refuse to pay, is frustrating that kind of service....I hope so they realize how to do that task...

This bank always only has 2 bank tellers working and the manager just walks around shuffling papers, while there’s a line almost out the door. Ridiculous.

This bank seems to always have VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and management brenda who is a manager there is very rude and argumentative and does not know how to do her job and know bank policy.
