    This is probably the worst experience I've had with Bank of America and just makes me glad that I am switching my banking from Bank of America. I wanted to close my account and was told to get in line for the teller because they were too busy to close the account. I stand in line and wait for the teller and she checks my accounts and sees that she probably won't be able to help me. So she puts me in line to wait for someone in an office. I'm waiting, no big deal. Manager or whoever was walking around with a tablet asks what I'm waiting for and I tell him again that I want to close my account. He tells me to wait in line for the teller so I can withdraw all of my money at once and then I need to call the call center and close my account. That seems shady. If I draw my account to zero, I'm sure there are some charges that will magically appear on my account that I will be forced to pay before my account can be closed. Basically, the run around here was the worst experience I've had at Bank of America.

    This branch operates under completely different rules than the downtown location. The manager tried to make up reasons as to why they couldn’t do something that the downtown location has done for me on many occasions. I do not recommend this location, based on their attitudes and practices. If I could some of this location in one word, it would be asinine.

    Literally the friendliest Bank of America I’ve been too. Every person there was so kind and personable. They were also super patient with me when I made a mistake in my transaction and they were clearly very busy. The teller remained kind and very quickly resolved the issue. I normally wouldn’t review a bank but they were so nice here, I felt i should

    Just wondering, do they know what to do with a ringing phone? Answering it for example? I've been calling all morning!! This is why I'm eager for banks to become obsolete, so frustrating when other incompetent humans are "in charge" of YOUR money.

    I have been calling this bank and trying to talk to someone for the past 5 days but no one answers their phone regardless of what time of day I am calling. I would give them more than 1 star, but seriously can they care less about their customers?

    You may have to wait in line but that's because they usually only have 1 or 2 people working but once you get waited on the people are always polite and professional

    The worst location ever......rude.....no customer service at all. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to get waited on and then another 15 for your transaction to be completed.

    7 people in line and only 1 teller but 4 other bank people in offices. Drive through is not in service. ATM won’t except much cash at one tome. Not a great experience.

    This was the worst experience. I received a check wrote on this bank for painting the exterior of a home. When I went in to cash it I was told they couldn't because the signature did not match what was on file. When I asked the branch manager if they could call him using their information and verify the check he said sure, took the check in the back, came back out and said he couldn't reach him. I walked out and called the homeowner when I got to my vehicle and he stated there was no missed call. No one called him. The bank manager lied to my face. The homeowner offered to call inside and straighten it out but I decided to just take it to my personal bank and wait for it to clear. My company will no longer be accepting checks written on Bank Of America. It will be posted in my office and on all estimates from here out. I don't run my business by lying to people's face and I don't want to deal with a bank and my money that's does.

    So we have 20 people standing in the rain waiting to get in the bank, first thing when they open. And they open on time and then literally put one teller behind the booth to assist us. All while three other people are walking around behind. That’s kind of activating. 😬 20 minutes and only 2 people have been waited on 🤦🏻 I would have give them one star but I love the bank. Must be this branch that doesn’t have good customer service. So remember that when you go to the one on 9375 Kingston Pike Knoxville, TN. 37922

    This is the worst bank I’ve ever used. They act like every check I deposit is a fraudulent check and put 10 day holds on cashiers checks. I’m trying to run a business and shouldn’t have to use credit for every job I do. Can’t bother calling customer service because they NEVER answer the phone.

    The one star is for the security guard, because he is the sweetest ever. Besides that, this place is absolutely asinine. Went in one day to deposit a check, and was told it would be two days unless I had an equal or greater amount in my account than the check was made out for. It was no big deal, because I had the greater amount, but I was told this was standard policy. Since when? The next time I went, I deposited a very substantial check, more than was in my BoA account, and it went in next day, no problem? Also, please don’t call this place and expect anyone to answer. Ever. And with them cutting hours down to 9-4 Monday thru Thursday, we’re just going to start transferring all our stuff to our small hometown bank, and shut this account down. It’s no more convenient, and infinitely more frustrating than a local place. I’m sure they’ll “forward this to their team”, i.e., do nothing, but at least everyone should know.

    This bank would not cash my legitimate check and I've been with BOA for over 15 years. They couldn't give me a reason. Went to the bank the check was written from and no problem. Banks...you have one job, get it right and stop gambling with our money.

    Hate this bank, want to return to Regions. I've had a great relationship with Regions my whole life, only opened this BOA account because I moved to California several years back temporarily and needed a national chain. First of all, you can't *EVER* walk into this bank without trying to be sold something, which is VERY tiresome. If I want a credit card or HELOC, I'll ask for it, you don't have to mention it every single time I visit. Lines are always long. ATM eats money, yet I'm reminded EVERY TIME I go in there that it takes cash. I deposit large amounts of cash and would prefer a teller, sue me. I've had a BOA ATM machine eat more than $100 more than once. This isn't a reflection on the employees, they are very nice and helpful. I don't like this bank's policies, BOA in general, and how they do business.

    I have had multiple accounts with BOA, one for 35 years. This location is the worst I have ever utilized. I went in for a notary on one document. I was told that this location has ONE notary and they would not be available for 4 hours. And this is a "financial center". I would not recommend this BOA location
