Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Rockville Pike, Rockville

NO TELLERS AT ALL!! You walk in a after finding someone, they tell you to sit and wait. I saw 3 separate people that work there but not one would wait on me, including manager. All told me to sir and wait. I was the only person in there. Why have a lobby open if you are going to help people???? I needed a certified check and waited 30 minutes for someone to wait one me.

It takes a week for a person to call to set an apointment so you can access safe!! branch is still close "for our safety" while everything is open here. The governor said everything should be open. And then they tell u that u can access the safe a week later- only on Monday and Friday. The empoyee that called me was soooo happy for some reason, shouting at my ear. They are doing so much damadge. I asked for manager to call me back. NO ONE DID. You can buy coffee, go to a bar, resturant, but you cant access safe box when you urgently need it. I wrote Urgent in the email. I was finally able to set apointment to access- and they CLOSEd again without INFORMING me !!!!! the manager is so bad- I talked to her to set apointment and she forgot to tell me it was cancelled because the branch is closed again!!! needed access again- she told me I dont even need apointment because they plan to stay open!!! I go there and it is closed yet again. cant trust a word she is saying and worst- she wont updatre you if branch close again.

My recent experience with this location caused me to reconsider my bank. I've since moved over to online only Simple Bank and a credit union that still has a good human element to it. But, when I first moved here almost 3 years ago I liked the staff and gave a good rating. My last few visits haven't been up to par. Actually, right when I've walked through the door the past 3 times, I've been asked\encouraged to use the automated teller instead. When I said I'd rather wait for a real person, I'm given "speech" about how its faster to use the machine, and its easier, blah blah blah. Ironically, on one visit I was told this and there was a 3 person wait at the machine. Maybe if the location had more than one person working as a teller it would be faster.

I live in the area and frequent this bank often. Although the staff are friendly, they don't seem to know the terms of the bank accounts and services very well. Moreover, the efficiency of the customer service is TERRIBLE. I know going in that regardless of the number of tellers, I will have a substantial waiting period. Not conducive to the working professional, as it's never an in and out experience. Peak times are even worse!

I was there at 3pm. After about 20-30mins of wait for 1 person ahead of me, Ramatou helped me. She was very polite and helpful. Other than wait, this was my best experience in BofA ! Edit: I went there for the 2nd time and they take me 10 mins prior to my appointment. Again, Ramatou was very helpful.

One of the worst locations for Bank of America I have visited. There's so few employees the the wait time for simple requests (i.e. withdrawl or can I open an account is an hour). There's a Chase bank right down the street, bank there instead!

This my 2nd time here. Wow is all I can say. The manager Mark is excellent oth times. The woman I spike with both times was excellent as well. This Bank of America atmosphere is unique to me. Out of all the ones I've been too. This one & the one downtown Rockville are the best. It's just saddens me they closed my account. It could of been worked out. However they do have some great employees at certain ones. These 2 I would reccomend.

The always have 1 teller working here and at least 3 to 4 people waiting in line. Terrible staff management. On top of that --- I had two checks that were endorse to me and signed by my husband. Which was what I was told I needed to do when I called bank of America. I made sure because I didn't know the process. However, I get to this bank and they said I need the person who the check was written to. So I waited in line for 20min to hear that I couldn't do what I wanted. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Consistent awful customer service! I went in yesterday for something rather routine and was told that it couldn't be done. I drove down the street to the Old Georgetown Road branch and the manager knocked it out in 5 mins. The only positive thing about this BOA location is it's proximity to &pizza. I have been a BOA customer since '94 and I will never set foot in this branch again.

It is a shame great location and horrible service. My wife came to get a replacement card, it was empty and the staff sitting doing absolutely nothing, the lady came and told her oh u need an appointment, u can schedule it and come back in 30 to 40 minutes ( in another word don’t come back we are busy chitchatting and no time for actual work)
