Deposited a check today Saturday 12/11/21 drawn on a local bank. Was surprised to learn that 13.25% of the check amount will clear 12/15 however, 86.75% of the funds will be available 12/20/21. Lost me here - either the check clears or not. I would have understood it better if the entire check cleared 12/20 but to blatantly hold funds and earn the float for 5 days is wrong in so many ways...Can someone at BofA explain this to me?

Completely unprofessional management. Sitting over there waiting while they discussed personal stuff. Plus they don't know how to do there own job. Tellers are alright. But overall it's a don't go place.

This is an extremely inefficient and inexperienced location. I arrived for my personal banking appointment at the start time of 11am and was not approached by a staff member nor the banker who was supposed to assist me (saw him sitting in his office on his cellphone) until 11:23am and was told that the banker had another appointment at 11:30am and couldn’t see me. I hope someone else doesn’t have to experience the same indecisive service.

Stephen Morris was extremely patient and helpful. He prioritizes his clients and puts in a lot of effort to make sure you have a great experience. Would recommend him to anyone looking for any type of financial advising help.

It works fine here all around.I only had times petty issues one time having to wait a extream amount of time for a human in front of me for real 20 minutes and another gime with a young feller in charge that day who wasnt customer friendly when I ask him a wuestion about if he can serve me a while ago.Havnt seen him yhere anymore so problum repaired.

Extremely unhelpful staff. They provided short snooty answers to our questions and they we're not interested in helping solve our issues. I even saw them ben rude to a 90 year old woman.

Disrespectful staff, went in to get a simple transaction done, left agrivated. First time ever I was treated like that at the Bank of America branch. Don't go there. Use a different branch.
