Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Charles St, La Plata

Walked in first thing in the morning. No one else but employees. I was greeted then told to wait. Spent 10 mins listening to the employees bs till they decided to do some work. Had 2 items of business neither of which I was able to complete due to the employees total lack of experience with anything but basic information. Waste of time. Will be taking all of my accounts somewhere else.

I’m a non account holder and tried to cash a check from a account holder. Check cashing limit of 3999.99!! My check was for 4000 & they refused to cash even tho they are keeping $8 fee for cashing which would put me under the 4000 but nope. I will never use this bank nothing but trouble every time I have to deal with them

Extremely slow service with no lines 🤦‍♂️ Need more staff‼️‼️ Waiting for over 45 minutes for customer service 😤

I have been banking at this location for years and have never had a problem. It is in a great location and the service is excellent. Sometimes there is a line and wait in the lobby, however more tellers will open if available once a line forms. The tellers and other staff are always courteous, professional and thorough.

Bank windows are closed. Tell customersier they are waiting game on parts when I found out almost all bank of America's are closing g drive through banking. Bank closed at 5 pm atmosphere only thing open.

You know what Bank of America you win! You win not getting my service ever again and no: I'm not going to email you or contact you on Facebook trying to keep my service because I'm done! I'm so sick of your rude employees, I'm done with your lack of customer service, I'm done with you not accepting my checks when I am a customer being swallowed in your fees while getting deplorable service. My business with you is thing in the past. Off to PNC! Goodbye!

Customer service there is rude and unprofessional ! The 2 black females up front have no customer service , rude, lie. and very disrespectful and to treat a customer (my mother ) so badly that’s been banking there over 30 years is very sad. If this is how you treat your customers I will be sure my mom banks else where . I try to reach out to manager Steve Clements but they wouldn’t let me speak with him . I can’t believe Bank of America has employees so unprofessional. Well Bank of America you will now lose a loyal customer after 30 years.

I had the pleasure of working with Eileen today. She had amazinggg customer service! She really made me feel comfortable with my choice to open up a checking account with Bank of America. Everyone else at the branch was friendly and efficient as well.

This bank is in a location to be convenient, and a provide a great service to the community. The problem is that it’s never ever open to provide that service, they may as well tear it down and put another gas station or another low end restaurant here which is typical of La Plata.

This is a face to face bank customer service is not a problem they take as long as any other bank in the area but there customer service is by far better than any bank of America in the area Steven was the manager that was there and he was awesome
