Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Brockton Ave, Abington

One of the worst experiences of my life. Caucasian male manager has no idea how to run a branch and treat customers with respect. Three separate instances I can document that detail his horrific customer service in addition to both tellers (both female) that was displayed. HQ will be notified. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This branch needs a lot of help to say the least. Please advise before going to this branch, they will not be able to assist you and will get angry with you if you ask for anything that involves them having to do their job.

Assistant manager refused to cash a check I gave to a customer because it was "out of sequence". Bank's procedures require the branch to call the customer issuing the check before refusing to cash the check. My customer requested the assistant manager to do this but she refused. A clear violation of the banks operating procedures. And she was rude as well. Tried to call the branch for 45 minutes, the baranch does not answer the telephone.

Terrible bank! Assistant manager is rude and disrespectful. They don’t cash Check over a certain amount to non customers. This is the reason I stopped banking here, no one wants to take Bank of America checks because they can’t cash them. Overall rudeness on this specific branch. Every actual customer that was in branch when I was there had a problem or where dissatisfied. Terrible way to make business.

Was quickly dismissed by rude teller saying she could not find the account owners signature, so unable to verify!? Really ? So you didn't take an extra few minutes to find the obvious signature on the account, all accounts have them. Oh I get it, she was in a big hurry to get to help the man behind me in line, she was such a hero she told the other teller "i've got him just wait a minute" as she totally blew me off. Custoner service at the Plymouth Ma location is always great, but never going into see that hag in Abington again.

The branch seems to consistently change staffing, and sometimes there is a language barrier with the new faces. However, for the purposes of my company doing business with BOA, the night deposit is quick and convenient.

This particular branch awful customer service..never get a greet at the door and the tellrs act as though they can only deposit or withdraw money. If u ask anything beyond that; they tell u to contact customer service..I normally visit this branch 1 every 3 months and its always an inconvenience and when u attempt to correct the situation the employee literally only care about their feelings not that of the customer...awful branch...you guys need an overhaul of employees and change of attitude...

After waiting in a long line, I asked if the bank sell gift card, the teller rudely said no and looked at the customer behind me until I said I would like to make withdrawal then. She started counting from stack of $20 bills without asking how I want it like other banks, till I stop her and asked for big bills.

Worst bank ever I couldn’t understand they were so unprofessional one of the branch manager was hiding instead of help that’s terrible I couldn’t do business with a place where people supposed to help act like that. Thanks I have to have good service not dealing with ...

The manager here laughed at me when I walked in at 4:03 on a Tuesday. Literally snickered. This is what you get with a big bank. I use a credit union primarily and was stopping here for a business account.
