Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Gemini St, Houston

Walked in with a payroll check issued from Bank of America. Because I do not have an account with them, they charged me an $8.00 fee to cash a $50.00 check. Since when has this become legal? I would never do business with an institution who short stops my employee from obtaining his/her pay. Terrible business practice.

Very rude behaviour. Specially the manager on duty. I reached at 4:02 which i understand back is closed. I am standing at counter with cashier she was not rude but Manager came and said you are late we closed at 4:00. She could’ve say i am so sorry we are closed already but she said is very rudely and opened the exit door without saying anything. I came out and she closed the door. She could’ve say at least have a good day. I had to spend 50 dollars more paying cash somewhere because she couldn’t make cashier’s check and earn 15 dollars from me. I still don’t mind that she couldn’t make cashier check but rude behaviour is not acceptable. I am going to complain to cooperate so they can maintain their customer service

I bank here once a month. Last time they had a line of 6 customers at closing and only one teller. Bank staff did not help make sure that customers were ready to go. December 1 (Friday) at opening- only one teller, eight customers. This has to be one of the worst banks.

The tellers don’t know the difference between $2500 and $25,000!!! Avoid going to this location at all cost unless you want to waste your time and money with run around to fix their mistakes!

Always able to get 1 on 1 service at this location. They are friendly and fast! After waiting 50 min at a location in Katy only to hear “the machine was broken”, I tried this one and I was in and out the door in 5 minutes. Thank you!

The branch manager could not even visit with me on the phone. The message relayed to me was "if you have a problem call the customer service." TX probate code allows funds to be withdrawn to pay for a funeral, before an estate is filed. I have 3 sons trying to do a burial for their father and this branch only offed them grief. This is a heartless branch manager who refused to follow the law or just be a decent human. I filed a complaint with customer service and was forwarded to Deceased Notifications Dept. They gave me assistance and are at least trying to follow the letter of the law.

Great service. I'd give 10 stars if I could. All staff is nice and professional. Manager goes out of way to help by any and all means possible. Knows customers by name....

I don't understand why this is the only bank of America that gives me problems. They are unprofessional and extremely rude. The one on clear lake Blvd seems to be knowledgeable and more understanding. I am never going back again 🙄.

Had difficulty paying off my mortgage. Staff offered opposing opinions on the process. I called BOA 800 number to learn what to do. Disappointing after all these years. 😞
