Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Grand Ave, Queens

My 5 star rating goes to the manager who served me with her nice attitude when I came there to open my first account, checking account. She is knowledgeable right after I pleaded to her I am a upper-middle class poor due to pandemic, she gave me a cheapest account which is Safe Advantage, which you can open with minimum of $25, but you will get hit with a $4.95 monthly fee, unless you upgrade to Everyday Checking, which is the first level with an affordable requirement which you can waive a monthly fee of $12 (higher fee than Safe Advantage) when you have at least $100 on account per day, as of 07/05/2022.

They couldn't assist me cause I didn't make an appointment and even though there was no one else in line.

Very accommodating ! Just a few suggestion for the atm..i hope and much better they put some bills like 50’s and 100’s too so we don’t need to go in the teller to have 100’s bills. 20’s is bulky cash to bring if you get from machine and teller is closed. I much appreciated this gonna be works. Thank you and be safe!

This is one the best Bank of America, great customer service. The teller was so nice and very helpful, also there is drive thru you can easily withdraw money from the atm without getting of your car!!!

GREATTT BANKKK! I love it. Certain people got issues but it’s all cool. Maricruz is the besttt oneee for sure. If y’all need something to be checked out with your account she will help w no hesitation!

Avoid this branch!! I came in with my husband to open a joint bank account, it took the lady 50 minutes to realize that I don’t have a s.s on file, for that reason she started asked me questions like: where is your passport? After I had handed her my Permanent Resident card, she again asked me for my passport!! What? Everyone knows that if you possess a P.R.C your passport isn’t required. It wasn’t enough for her she asked my husband for his work paychecks as proof of address and then after he handed those to her, his Social security number wasn’t enough support for her to help us with the bank account. Moreover, after a 1hr of bad service basically, one hr in an interrogation room!! The manager heard me about to leave, so he came in and told her what to do. what she couldn’t do in an entire 1HR her boss did it in 10 minutes. Furthermore, if it wasn’t for the guy I would have wasted all my time just because the staff in the branch isn’t prepared with some kind of knowledge to do their job. There are So many other banks that don’t waits your time, and treat you professionally.

Drive through available. Parking lot is big. Chase bank and some other small banks/credit unions are across the street and so if you need to bank elsewhere or shop around for a short time, feel free to take advantage of their parking lot. You wouldn't be able to talk to a real person there as no one works there for now, they have closed the lobby for long time. Place is secured with locked door that requires card to enter. Two ATMs available. Mind the traffic when exiting the parking lot.

Friendly staff. As entering the bank I always get greeted. Love this bank. Amazing customer service from the teller, Marycruz. Would recommend plus this bank has parking.

I’m disappointed with Miss Yoli Peralta, she needs to learned costumer service... I came today to ask for monthly bank statement for last 3 months and she answered me” you need pay 5 dollar for each month!!! And do you printer at the house you can print from email... and I answered her politely I need to pay even though I’m PLATINUM REWARDS member Bank of America and said to me let’s me check your card and ID... some people just judge you because you wear old shirt and pants...
