Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Roosevelt Rd, Oak Park

I don't normally bank at this location but ran in yesterday because it was nearest to the title company where I was closing on a new home purchase. I had an emergency/time-sensitive request in order to be able to close that day. They jumped on it! My ability to close that day would have been prevented if it had not been for the staff at this location and their willingness to help me immediately. From the teller, to the manager and personal banker, they were so quick about helping me resolve the issue and super pleasant and courteous. This will definitely be my new preferred BOA location. Thanks again guys, you were amazing!

Bad service & just wasting time Everytime I go there but they don't have enough change(quarters ) . Was waiting 25 minutes for change. Will Find another location

Often it takes 20-30min wait in lin just to take out some quarters or drop off a check. They’re nice but understaffed. There are 7 teller windows and only ever one person working - maybe 2. Please schedule more people.

Pretty good bank. Coming into here with a history of depts and collections, Michelle took care of my questions in good amount of time. Opened up an account, set up online, activated my cards, deposited... all that good Jazz. All that was done within an hour. Considering the fact that I’m a chatterbox like no tomorrow, she handled my questions in nearly no time:)

Lines lines lines....4 attendants walking around with nothing to do while 6 people wait in line for 30 minutes and one person provides service. Go elsewhere whenever possible for better banking teller services.

I've been up here for too hour waiting for them to change my pen to my card. That should've not been changed in the first place 😒

I've banked at this branch for over 20 years and , yes, I've experienced a decline in teller services but I attribute that to ATM and online access. My overall experience has been good including the few times I've had to interact with the personal bankers. Most personnel there have been friendly and courteous.

Bad service with prioritizing. Taking phones and keeping a customer waiting, doesn't seem like good customer service. I was told it would be a 15 min. wait and 25-30 minutes later, the manger that had to take a phone call, finally came out of his office to be of service. Odd. So go to another branch if you want competent service.

Always a line at this location. I mean get ready to wait like 20 to 30 minutes in line, for one or two tellers to assist you. They always have three to four market managers or whoever they are, walking around saying hi and not helping. Not really a customer service friendly environment.

Every time I come here they always have some terrible excuse as to why they can’t do what I need them to do without sitting down and talking with a manager. Not to mention their terribly inconvenient business hours.
