Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Crown Valley Pkwy, Laguna Niguel

Not enough staff 1 teller working. No one to ask for a banker. Good time to rob bank. No one would know ! This bank needs a new branch manager and district manager, more employees. Tuesday 1:30 pm

Bank of American Cattle.. Last time I was in here was 25 years ago. Yesterday, I mistakenly said I would make a deposit for a friend. The line was out the door with 20+ people and one teller. I handed the deposit to a lady across the lobby who said she would take care of it. Why oh why do you sheeple bank there?

This bank has the absolute worst service! Over 15 people in line and only one teller and no automated teller who can assist. They have managers walking around who do not get behind the desk to open another drawer to assist staff. Another women behind the desk is just sitting observing the only teller working. Not sure if she is training but it is clear this bank need a lot more than just a face lift. I would not bank here ever unless you can tolerate terrible service and long lines.

I don't write reviews often but I walked in to this bank to close all of my accounts because I was unhappy with them and I met a banker named Sardor, he was very friendly and efficient. He answered all of my questions and made me change my mind! This bank needs more people like him, he was super nice to me and my wife. From now on he will be the only person I will deal with. Definitely ask for him, very intelligent young guy.

Horrible experience- had an appointment they BOOKED AND didn’t even bother telling me the branch was closed…. I DONT KNOW ONE PERSON THSTS BEEN HAPPY With THIS BRANCH- ughhhh waste of my time!!!!!

Every time there’s a line - not enough tellers while there’s always a person at the lobby who can’t help you. Today was especially bad as they pulled second teller away “to do other stuff” while the line was growing. I already had my savings out of BOFA, time to pull the plug on checking account too - so I won’t interrupt them while they work on the “other stuff”.

Was told I cannot sign a check over to someone and cash it under their name. No other bank in the country has ever told me this. Bank of America showing their lack of customer service skills once again.

I am writing this review about the Crown Valley branch of Bank of America in Laguna Niguel. The misinformation and incompetence and indifference of loan officer, Matthew Goreshi and his supervisor, Jeff Skala is monumental. The branch manager, Jonny, seems unaware of their behavior. In fact, she would often say to me that she had the best staff in the business. I would bite my tongue and roll my eyes, but she never received the signals. The lack of communication, especially from Jeff Skala, resulted in many sleepless nights for me and resulted in me paying nearly $ 30,000 in additional interest to a bridge loan company. If you find yourself walking up the steps to enter this branch, turn around and run away, do not walk, but run as fast as you can.

Another bank of america location that says they're open saturdays but then you pull up toba red sign on the door saying they're closed

Awful service. Employee dismiss you before actually trying to help you. Avoid it
