    I decided to close my BOA account after visiting this branch. It took them 1 hour to finish a wire transfer even I had made an appointment with them the day before. The manager is the only person knows how to do the work. BOA should train their staff better, optimize business process and not let this branch denigrate BOA good brand.

    The general manager is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. She’s incredibly nice and always helps. Very slow service otherwise, wish there was another branch closer so I could skip this one. Edited because this branch has improved immensely. Clearly the GM has improved the efficiency and this is now my go to!

    Literally never open; the ATM ate $600 of my cash deposit; if the teller isn’t in nobody else will take your deposit….. overall the vibe is that nobody wants to work.

    I came to open a business account and I had to bring my son . My branch officer was great but my son used the bathroom I went into unisex bathroom and no changing table now my diaper bag comes with a changing pad but where am I supposed to change him at on the floor!!!! Glad unisex is being provided but what about people with kids that have have to go to bank!! Made my own experience go down due to that had to go to the car to change him which made the system time out . Had to be there even longer

    Trying to simply call and give them our business… so far… 23 phone calls… NO ANSWER. “We’re busy helping others” what a SAD state we’re in these days… Update... up to 80 calls, over 4 days... still no answer from the branch. Calls to "Customer service" totaling roughly 4 hours, I was told we were re-assigned to another agent, never heard from anyone. Then was told to "just go into a branch and they could maybe help you" (specifically, the same branch that is nearing the hundred mark of unanswered calls) ummmm, maybe not the best advice, but thanks. Finally reached a loan officer somewhere in LA or God know where, and after explaining everything to her, 30+ minutes, she ended with "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do to help you" ...... WoW... We are "existing customers just looking to refinance a loan". WAY too much of a nightmare to deal with this company. I hope it's not too difficult to find another company that does refinancing and would like business. Wish me luck!! BYE BOA

    Response to the Owner: Your non-apology/answer is just as bad online as it was in person yesterday. You don't care that no-one is answering your phones, and you scoffed at the suggestions I had to improve customer experience. Say goodbye to a Platinum customer. What the hell happened to BoA these last few years...good riddance I hate this place. It makes me miss when BOA didn't have any presence in Colorado. If you HAVE to go into a branch, pick a different one far away. Customer service in person is bad, if you don't have an appointment you might as well not come in. Trying to call is even worse. After waiting through menu options, it'll ring twice at most before you're forced to hang up and try again, and again, and again, because they don't answer the phone. Nice to know this is how you treat Platinum customers. Can't even imagine how you treat basic customers

    Please know that most people are on a time crunch. I was there at 9 and I waited until 9:15 inside. There was a teller who came and went. It is an effort to get to your bank and takes perfect timing for me to get there when you open so I can get back to work and continue my day. Now, since you were not accepting customers as advertised, I have to return tomorrow. Not fun.

    They don’t care about the customers. I had a meeting with Erika and she did not give us enough information about our questions and she was in rush to finish the meeting. We weren’t happy for that visit.
