The people here have no idea what they are doing. Every time I’m there they tell me something different and have a different excuse for why they can’t take my deposit. I then wait around for 30 mins before they say “nothing we can do”. Am so glad I switched to TD for my personal banking.

Bank of America in general I find very easy to navigate. The staff here being very considerate of your financial goals and explaining every route I could go down is currently helping me manage my money in a responsible way. I've also noticed that sometimes the manager greets people at the door and asks how their doing, it makes a super welcoming environment. Thank you!

Just came from this bank, where an elderly couple were pulling their accounts out because the gentleman's wife got treated horrific at a South Shore branch. Three agents we're working on them. I was waiting 20 minutes on the seats outside the 2 Customer Service cubes. One rep had another customer, the rep in back of her was on his computer. He finally stood, adjusted his suit jacket and walked towards me only to turn and head to a back room. I got up and got in line to see if a teller could assist. Another customer asked if I had ever been acknowledged and I said no. A young man walked in and sat on the sofa where I was sitting. A rep from behind the tellers immediately left her area and went out to greet Him. Seriously! My only reason for being there was to deposit money into my masonry's account for midway through job payment. I left and went to see Shawn at Santander down the street who helped me immediately. Bank of America's service definitely isn't what it used to be. How sad

Horrible customer service! I’ve had a business account there for 5 years. I visited this bank once or twice a week and you would think that they would at least acknowledged who I was like other banks do. Everyone there are always in a bad mood which makes the customers feel uneasy. They don’t even look at you when you come in. They talk among themselves and totally ignore their customers. If you try to ask a question about your account they act like you are bothering them and are not helpful at all. I have been trying to close my account at this bank for a couple of months but they make it impossible because you have to make an appointment to close your account and there is never a time available. The only times that they have availability is in the middle of the day which makes it impossible for someone who owns a business.
