Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Main St, Mooresville

Lauren was very helpful with setting me up with a new account with Bank of America, I just moved into Mooresville and needed to have access to a national bank and Lauren made this process easy, informative, and fun!

Nice people. BOA are now always having their tellers push their products, i.e. Credit cards, loans, or their mobile app. They also are always reminding me that they have a drive through ATM that can do what the tellers are doing. It seems as though they (the tellers) are shooting themselves in the foot long term by having the machines eventually take their job. They've gone from 3-4 tellers to about 2. Jill the banker is nice and not pushy. I feel bad for the tellers though. I just want to make my transaction and get out of there! Luckily I can do most of my banking elsewhere. Lastly, this bank has a lot of years in it. Might be time for a fresh coat of paint.

Why is there always just one teller??? I hate BOA!!!!

I have never had a good experience at this branch the employees are very rude completely unhelpful and have gone so far as to tell me to go out to the atm to do my business when I needed to make a large withdraw over the atm limit...But they never forget to push their credit card and loans etc.

I went inside and found I was short 10 00 dollars. The teller put the money through the machine but to no avail.

The branch on Main Street is now closed due to the current situation and i have been trying to get into my safe deposit box for over a week now. I call the branch. Sent email to branch representatives and even called the other two Mooresville Branch locations but they are not answering the phones either. Finally got someone in the Huntersville branch to assis me. However the email address given to me the set up a safe deposit Appointment is apparently not working either. Thank you for the over 50 years of Service. Would have been nice to have gotten a call or email the that Only the Mooresville Main Street Bank of America Office was closing.

This Bank is in a good location. The intersection that it is on, make almost crime free. With the rail road tracks behind the bank and the stop light you can not be in a hurry to get out of the parking lot. The employees are friendly. This bank is easy to find and get to.

Nothing more than a band of thieves. They will charge you massive fees for their "free" accounts and wait until you're at your most vulnerable financial moments to gouge you like highway robbers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

It would be it would be a good place to open up a bank in downtown Mooresville They open at 9 am and close at 4 pm. At least open up on Saturday for a few hours to make up for the time they aren’t there
