Have made three student checking accounts for our teens. Excellent service! Best to make an appointment. Jordan is the very best!

    Response from the owner

Good morning Kerena. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Jordan was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^michael

What service??!! I called with a simple question about services offered, because the "online services" didn't provide an answer. Several calls and they won't even answer the phone!! I'm supposed to schedule an appointment to ask a 10 second question? Nice. I called my other bank, Simmons, and they answered my first call and will provide the service I am seeking. Thanks BOA

Every time I walk in to make a deposit or withdrawal, the teller always asks, "You can do this in the drive-thru, why aren’t you doing this in the drive-thru?" It feels very obvious that they don't want to interact with anyone face-to-face, and I think they keep their teller lines long on purpose to discourage people from going inside. Definitely do not take the survey that they email you after you them; it is not anonymous, and if you don't give positive feedback, they immediately call you and ask why. BoA also requires high minimum balances on all accounts or they slam you with monthly fees, so you have to be pretty well-off just to bank with them in the first place. I keep looking for a "Poor people, keep out!" sign on their window.

Worst customer service. Be ready to wait a good extra 45 mins to 1 hour even if you scheduled an appointment online. There is no one ready to help and it seems to me that they hate working for customers.

Worsest customer service ever recieved! Went to open an account everything went right with that, but once we went to teller problems start there they are not properly educated or idk they were really confused refarding whatever they were doing and took half and hour and people in the queue were frustrated and went away.

Yeah zero stars. The manager here is horrible. When she's there she treats employees and customers horribly and in the time i was there i could see her plating favorites and harrassing one teller in particular. A terrible person and a worse boss. She made me uncomfortable the little time i was there.

I was told they would not let me deposit CASH into my account. Was told I could deposit a check or money order instead... They used the potential counterfeit bill excuse. Honestly, if your clerks with all of the tools available to them are unable to identify a counterfeit bill then chances are you need new clerks. Your customers should not suffer because of inept employees. I was also advised that checks and money orders had more value to them then cash. I was completely floored by this... how does a federal note which is a paper representation of gold in the federal reserve have less value than items that are merely ways of accessing cash. In the end they do not care about their customers and while this is something commonplace with banks, Bank of America takes it a step further. I personally will be switching banks In the immediate future. Thankfully my friends and family have all been fortunate enough to bank elsewhere. If you have an account with BoA I would suggest you start looking for a better alternative before you get burned. Good luck!

Absolutely THE WORST service! Mia was rude, condescending and as unhelpful as is humanly possible to me and the 3 other people she 'helped' (when she took time to get off the phone)! Exactly the reason I stopped using this bank years ago.

Lack of customer service line out door no drive thru don't recommend this location at all. Don't bother going there
