Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Blvd, Edmond

Banking at this location recently has been much better than in the past. I do wish that they would open the drive through though. I was running behind trying to deposit for my buisness on a Friday. I got there at 5:01 and I seen them locking the door as they walked out their last customer. I walked up to the door hoping I could talk someone into taking my deposit. I walk to the door and there was no one in site. I was frustrated with my self for waiting to long to go to the bank and walking back to my truck. Suddenly I heard a voice. The very nice manager named kayla I believe I'm horrible with names. She said come on in we would be happy to take care of you. I was shocked. I had not grown accustomed to the service being that great at any bank when it comes to closing time on a Friday. Thank you for the great service and keep up the great work!

I went into this bank yesterday 3/6/19. I observed only one teller and there was a line which nobody else helped or offered. Also, I asked the teller for change for $100 and he said because I did not have an account he could not. I am in sale's and I would have taken that situation , broke the $100 and tried to get them to be a customer. In the car was the customer that I was helping to get the $100 broken for. This woman is a senior and couldn't get out of the car. Shame on you Bank of America. You already have a bad reputation for exposing people's personal information and now this? Boooooooo!

So I will say thIs not a reflection upon the teller that helped me but upon Bank of America as a whole. Last Thursday I made a deposit at this location. I was informed for a hold that would last 4 days and now I'm being informed the hold hasn't been released because the bank the check was written on hadn't released the funds yet. I auctually find that hard to believe. Because the very next day I had another check to deposit and they tried to do the same exact thing but this time I took the check back and went to the bank it was written on. I believe this is just Bank of America not caring about the incomviences they are causing their customers. This is flat out unacceptable. And I can tell you as soon as this is corrected I will be closing all accounts with Bank of America. I will never again do business with a big national bank like Bank of America.

Customer service by branch manager was pitiful. The last branch manager asked why he didn't have all of our business or anymore than they did. They will now have none of our business. As a former Merrill Lynch adviser for many years, this group certainly needs to go back to training and learn how to put the customer experience as Priority #1. By the way, since when does a branch manager or employee not even introduce themselves or tell the customer their name, no excuse. ( That wasn't my complaint but just an added addition)

The customer service was great. I didn’t have to wait and was taken care of immediately.

I cant Ever get anyone to answer phone, not enough help, they said I could call 1800 number on my debit card to change PIN number..no one in bank was able to do it!!! Then I called 1-800 number and they told me it can be done over phone. Of course not..I want it mailed to me. But could never speak to anyone to help me. Very weird inside this branch anyway. No help,minimal people, just close it for Christ sake or get money to be a proper bank.

I have better depositor at the Bank of America for over 20 years. They have always treated me like I was the most valued customer, whether I had $20 in the bank or 20,000. It may be a Nationwide Bank, but it has a Small Town Bank atmosphere. If you want to deposit your money, this would be a great place to go.

Terrible customer service. Advisors cannot even tell you the payoff amount of a loan. Had to call a central office to get information and never did get anyone to answer. Waited at least 15 minutes and no one ever picked up on the other end. Finally got tired of waiting and left. central office never returned my call from 3 days ago. Bank of America overall provides terrible service. Tellers do not even know how to post a loan payment. Always have to wait for them to figure it out.

I went in to open another checking account for our rent houses and they would not waive the fee. We have a money market account with them and a checking account that gets a sizeable direct deposit quarterly. We have banked with them for about 20 years. The guy was not helpful at all and didn't even look to see what our other accounts were or ask anything about them. I am looking for another bank for our rent houses and will also be moving our checking account and money market account from them. I will not do business with them after this. There are to many banks that are willing to work with you. Bank of America just doesn't care about its customers. I would not give any stars if I could.

Drive thru ATM doesn’t work and bank says they’re open till 5. Got here at 4:50 they’re closed how the hell am I supposed to get my money? Y’all charge me for using other atms !
