Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Lemmon Ave, Dallas

The ATM has failed to accept a cash deposit for the third consecutive time. It counts it accurately then when you click the "confirm amount" button it says transaction cancelled and spits the money back out. I tried a different machine and that one couldn't even count the bills. Very frustrating. And of course it's imposible to go inside after getting off work because they close at 4pm.

This is one of the worst places to make business with. The staff that works here has no compassion and understanding. If I could give no stars I would . Very disappointed ... I was there at 4:01 to be greeted by Julian the associate at this bank. I explained to him that I am not a customer of this bank but I need to make a deposit to one of your customers. I am healthcare employee and my working hours do not allow me to come earlier then this time. Well, I had to hear that the system shuts down .. on the lobby but works at drive through. Never experience with Chase Bank or Wells Fargo . Please advice your employees to be understanding and let them know that it is ok to work few min more ..

This Bank of America is in one of the busiest areas and only has one teller with a line out the door. Covid-19 standards are off and they have manager of thr branch walking around doing nothing verse jumping behind a teller and getting the line busted out so it can safe and clear. They are not orgainzed, have a long line and just do not have a smooth plan. All these people out here who need a job this place should be full with bankers to assist. Crazy

I came to get a replacement card on Friday at 5:30 the lady said I won't be able to get this until Tuesday before I didn't have an appointment and they were busy. When I called the customer service they didn't advice about getting an appointment. This bank Location will not go out of their way to accommodate and satisfy clients.

The customer service here is beyond fantastic! It is a busy location and they manage everything so well! A little bit of patience is required. Shout to my guy Julian from FL for being so patient with my friend and helping him set up an account! Really friendly and informative!

Use to have two banks and I shut down my accounts at the other bank because I like BoA much better for a couple reasons. The location is close to me but I rarely need to go in person if ever. The online app works awesome. And also the tellers are very friendly and nice. The reason why it gets a four out of five and not five out of five is because the couple times I do go into the bank the wait is maybe like 5-10 minutes which is annoying but not the end of the world. As long as you don’t go last minute or before you have to be into work and you are rushing the tellers are working quickly and can get through a big line in ten minutes or so. Overall I would recommend to a family members or friend.

I have never had a problem online or in person. Everyone treats me like I am their only customer.

I used the ATM inside the branch and took the cash I received from the ATM to a teller to exchange into the denominations I needed only to be told that without a BOA account the cash I just took from their ATM could not be exchanged - really?

8 employees 1 customer at the counter , 1 customer in an office talking to a employee and 6 employees just standing around appearing to be having very nice conversations with each other . I am the only customer in the waiting area and it is noon sharp and I have just been told I will need to wait around till 3 pm 3 hours to get a debit card which should only take 4-5 minutes because they are obviously to busy gossiping with each other to take care of a customer. Where has pride in ones job gone? It is obviously not here at the Bank of America location 5636 Lemmon Ave Dallas, TX 75209 United States

This location never answers their phone and has caused me to leave work because of their negligence
