Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Michigan Ave, Canton

This bank is trash. Their open 7hrs a day and rob the customers any chance they get. Huntington is free and open when you need them. Also do some research on how crooked this company has been in the past. Your money is safer in a shoe box.

First of all they close early at 4. Other banks close at five. When I got in lobby, one teller was working. And had long line.

1 teller working while a dozen customers wait in line. Bank elsewhere.

Absolutely great customer service. After a terrible experience at the branch on Mich Ave and Hewitt in Ypsilanti, I decided to read reviews of other B of A branches as I wanted to open an account where my husband banks. The reviews for this particular branch aren't very good and I don't understand why. I have a wonderful experience. I was greeted immediately by the Funancial Center Manager, Nelissa Kugel who was very pleasant and cheerful. She introduced me to Feng Quan who is a Relationship Manger and Business Owner Specialist. Feng was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about her work and what the customer needs. She was also down to earth as well as professional and very fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend this branch of Bank of America.

The worst bank in canton , Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor do not do business with this bank... rude unprofessional and the bank teller talks to customers with Attitude. At first the manager was doing great handling the problem, until again rude employee starts back up then manger does the worst thing and tells a banking customer they are feeling my energy and it’s Threatening no it’s not threatening it’s frustrating, frustrating when I’m a banking customer looking to cash my check .. cash it or just to deposit all my money into the my account and withdraw a few dollars simply put that’s all.... long story they call the cops and tell them I’m not allowed to come here... I was not coming back after the rude customer service let alone the The Racist comment....

Most of my banking has to be done on a Saturday. Bank of America website states this location is open on Saturdays, but today 03/12/2022, they were not open but instead, having some type of renovations done. No signs on the door indicating they were closed. They might as well close the lobby to this place indefinitely base on other reviews.

I recently opened an account with this bank. I have to say that the workers there were really behaved and great. Shikha Goel was the lady who helped me thru my process and she was really sweet and helpful. She was really patient and smiling all the time. Great bank service!

Customer service appears mostly roulette game - sometimes win and sometime loose. The customer service of tellers is not consistent, some are very nice, for some I just seem to be an inconvenience. When inquiring about possible a mortgage, I received a very dry by the book stoic response. Not that anything was wrong, but I certainly did not get that warm fuzzy customer feeling like I would be in good hands, rather than something I had to prove that I am a good guy. Seriously, I did not receive that treatment or behavior when I signed up with BoA when switching banks or at the Briarwood branch. Of all the branches, that one deserves closure.

Took my mother there yesterday 9/10/2020 to get something out of her safe deposit box only to find it closed! Nothing posted on door to explain why! It was Thursday not Wednesday so should have been open. VERY unacceptable for a financial institution!

Worst customer service which is probably why they are closed. After waiting in line I was told I would have to wait again to see someone else just to cash a check that was written from a Bank of America account.
