Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Race Track Rd, Bowie

This unfortunately has to be one of the worst Bank of America's I have been to in recent years. There is always a ridiculously long waiting line as well as the fact that they have no more than 2 tellers working at a time with 10+ people in line. There will be people walking around stating they can do check deposits for folks, but everyone in line typically needs teller services. They never send that person walking in line to the tellers desk even with the increasingly long line of people. This bank has been understaffed for over a year and some of their new tellers have the worst attitudes! I have come to this bank weekly for years and I have seen multiple tellers in a short amount of time. I am not sure if that is because of bad management, but this problem has been continual. I went in today and they had NO tellers available! How is that even possible? You were not able to do anything with cash today. That should NEVER be a bank's position. From the prior reviews I can see that I am not the only one who feels this way about this bank. I would really like to see them turn this around and get back to better and faster service.

Today is 12/5/19 and I must say this bank has improved tremendously. New staff are so efficient and courteous. I went into this bank 2 days in row and I could not believe the transformation , I was like “What”😃, I could not believe how these new guys were sooooo nice, smart and very much efficient. I am happy to see BOA took and action and got rid of the old crew. Good work BOA and good job to the new staff; with a special shout out to Ms. Grant. Keep up the good work. You guys make a difference.

Worst customer service inside. The teller didn’t want to help us. I felt uncomfortable asking for what I actually needed and it messed up my day. I like BOA, but I will not visit this branch anymore.

So slow and tellers kept giving us different wait times and then no one knew. it is now 10 and this branch opens at 9. No indication of hours changing due to covid, door says 9 o’clock

Every time I come in this branch I regret it. The staff is nice, but the branch is understaffed leading to extremely long wait times. I hate to say it but this branch is the worst.

Very nice Branch compared to others I've gone to. The customer service I received from an employee by the name of Chastity was outstanding.

Always have worst experience in this branch. Long waiting time ⏲️, must have appointment for open account, they do not let you get money out from different accounts in same day (personal and business) without any official notices, staff just said because Covid...come on....all business open back up already only this branch is not. I could give 0 😱

Recently this place is the worst customer service I've experienced from any bank I've been with. The horrible part is I haven't been able to find a good replacement yet, but they leave you waiting for a half hour even if there are no other customers in the store. I've been waiting on a replacement card for 2 months and every time I go in they tell me they are reordering a new card and have me wait forever to give me a temporary card, then tell me they don't Have the right person there that day to do it. I went in today and the person a s there, and he had nobody waiting on him and still took forever to help me so I walked out

I was thinking of opening an account there. When I called on the phone I was given bad information. There are no drive thru tellers only ATM’s . Bank of America has changed many policies making it more difficult for customers
