The lady at front desk name Ana Karan Is not a professional at all. also every time I visit this branch acting like has some how personal issue with me and not cooperative at all. She ask me Questions make no sense . If I was someone to stop and present this from happening I would take an immediate action asking her to go home and look for another job fits her.

the people working here will try to avoid the customers as much as possible except the taller, manger Joanna Miranda says we only have one teller working with 7 or more people wating, some times it will take 30 min just to get to the teller, she even gave me her card when i said i want to report it to the head office.they are polite in telling you we are not here to help you to get a better service..by the time I complained all of a sudden there are 2 tellers...I guess she changed her mind

Came in at 2:45PM to cash a check all the drive thru lanes are closed and the bank is still open it’s no the first time they usually have their drive their lanes closed. Their parking lot is so small I had to park in the handicap parking spot since everyone has to get off. They need to hire more people I have to come to this one all the time just because it’s by my house but they always have two people one teller and one in the entrance at a desk. They are nice but this is just so wrong they need to have the customers in and out everyone always looks so frustrated and ai understand them why.

Worst Bank and service in Texas. Manager Anna Martinez was not helpful. I drove an addition 8 miles to her bank because my towns card reader was broken. She wouldnt even help me, just sat on facebook on her computer. B of A disgusts me when it come to staff. Dont go to this bank. It is a WASTE of your time.

I came to bank to change get a new PIN number for my business account. Joanna Miranda said she couldn’t help me because I didn’t have my cell phone. Which was odd to me because I had my debit card and my drivers license. I went home got my cell phone and return to the bank. When I returned to the bank she said she couldn’t help me but would rather have someone else help me. Edgar helped me per his words “Sorry for the hassle!”

They keep cutting staff, it's gotten so bad that wait time is over an hour for 5 people, and they close early every day. Don't come here if you ever have any banking needs. Go next door to frost, they actually have people waiting and the drive through is actually open. The only thing nice I have to say, is their staff is really nice, it's not their fault that corporate believes they can screw us all they want.
