Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) El Camino Real, Burlingame

The best Staff EVER, I had two different appointments, one within Karen and the next week with Joseglenn, both I can’t thanks them enough, not only for solving my personal finances and business stuff but for all support and tips that they wasn’t part of their job do it but they did! It’s my go to place!

Line forms longer and long, agents standing around chatting, no one covers lunch breaks when all the clients lunch breaks are between 12 and 1, it's ridiculous, the law says they must take lunch break by 1130 am if they arrive at work by 830 am, atleast a manager can cover lunch breaks, Also when I worked in the corporate world if we had clients we CCertainly wouldn't be taking lunch break if there were 10Certainly wouldn't be taking lunch break if there wereertainly wouldn't be taking lunch break if we had a line of clients!

I am extremely happy with the customer service that the employees offer me. Specially Gemma she is very professional and take her time to explain all details and offer me different options to open a checking account. She make me feel welcome and part of family. Thanks so much to have a person like her working in Burlingame. For sure I’ll recommend all my friends to do business in this location and ask for sure for Gemma.

More reminiscent of the DMV than a financial institution. Shuffled from one person to another -- each person would refer us to someone else rather than actually help with the issue. Finally when we had spoken with literally everyone working at the branch did they actually address the issue...which basically involved calling central customer support (which we had already done).

There's never enough employees.. You need to take a day off work to be able to make a deposit.. Long wait time

Worst bank ever. Made me wait 40 mins saying I’d get a proof of funds letter. And then said they will send it to me in two weeks at home. They literally have all the information right in front of them.

Happy Camper here. The manager was attentive and transparent with the problem I presented her. She didn’t make any promises she couldn’t keep and delivered the solution. Glad to be living to this branch.

The outside drive up ATM is broken, the slot that you put your card in fell into the machine with my card and several others. I called the number on the machine and they told me to contact my bank and just get a new card, and that they can not retrieve and return my card. Called the branch all day from 9 -5 with NO answer.

Very dysfunctional place. Lots of people running around asking what we need but nobody is helping...be ready to wait a solid 10 min per costumer ahead of you.
